Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and Removing demolished material to a distance and depositing out site of MoD land Where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided for and removing debris outside the MoD land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided for and Removing demolished material to a distance and depositing out site of MoD land Where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling chain link fencing or expanded metal or wiremesh of weight not exceeding 4.00 kg/sqm, any type complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise for complete all as spcecified and as directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of bricks (laid flat or on edge) or interlocking tiles in floors, channels, kerbes, aprons, etc laid dry of laid dry and pointed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone-work and precast concrete articles/concrete block walling complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for pre cast cement concrete block masonary of 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) with soild blocks, exc.10cm in width, set and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as spd and directed.

M&L for pre cast cement concrete block masonary (except blocks) of 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) with soild blocks, using old concrete blocks obtained from the demolition, exc.10cm in width, set and jointed in cement mortor 1:6 complete all as spd and directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Walling (Except stone) of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6, using old stones/boulders obtained from the demolition complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L extra over stone walling of lime or sand stone for hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n exc 40 mm deep, to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified, of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or stone masonary work, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) on walls in cement mortar (1:6), using water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick works finished even and smooth without using extra cement in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed

Rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or stone masonary work, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) on walls in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto courses in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only integral Water Proofing Admixture complete all as specified and directed. Make : Pidilite/Dr Fixit

M&L for two coats cement base paint on newly plastered surfaces of wall including preparation of surfaces including curing before and after applying each coat over a coat of chalk whiting complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for one coat cement base paint on old decorated plastered surfaces of wall including preparation of surfaces including curing before and after applying each coat complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2, (40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) 100 mm thick as in sub -floors ,sub- bases ,floors and pavings,etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Machine pressed / vibro mechenically floated interlocking cement paver block ISI marked, any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M-40 Grade, with topping of grey cement and pigment, laid over and including 50mm thick sand cushioning complete shape pattern of laying shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge.

Machine pressed / vibro mechenically floated interlocking cement paver block ISI marked, any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade, with topping of grey cement and pigment, laid over and including 50mm thick sand cushioning complete. Shape pattern of laying shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge.

Machine pressed / vibro mechenically floated interlocking cement paver block ISI marked, any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 40mm thickness, M-35 Grade, with topping of grey cement and pigment, laid over and including 50mm thick sand cushioning complete. Shape pattern of laying shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2, (40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) 75 mm thick as in sub -floors ,sub- bases ,floors and pavings,etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4, 25 mm thick type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floor finished even and rough with out using extra cement complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm X 30cm X 20mm thick, set ,pointed & jointed in neat cement slurry in floors polished with grey cement & pigments laid over and including 20mm thick cement screed bed (1:6) and all as directed by Engr-in -Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in mass concrete and filling of foundation all as specified and drected.

M&L dressed granite or trap stone as in Kerb stones roughly squared stones of size 20cm x 30 cm, so that the maximum depression from a straight edge held against the dressed surface shall not exceed 6mm for top and exposed surfaces of sides and 20mm for the rest of surfaces jointed in CM 1:6 and struck finish (rate included for removal of old damaged kerb stones of any description) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparaton of brick/concrete, wall, stone masonary surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of any description on newly plastered surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width not other wise described over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in lean concrete, mass concrete and filling of foundation all as specified and drected.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire all as specified and directed.

Supply only mild steel Galvanised wire chain link fencing square mesh of any size made out of 4mm dia wire complete ll as specified & directed.

Providing, cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, bed blocks for hold fasts, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains, complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc (inner girth only measured) all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 55 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc (inner girth only measured) all as specified and as directed.

Providing precast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throat- ing etc. and setting in mortar 1:6 complete with joints to match complete all as specified and as directed.

TMT mild steel bars, 10 mm dia and over, as in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed not less than 0.9mm dia) , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing conforming to Fe 410 -W (Gde- E- 250) quality- A complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor of hard standing finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for forming contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deepx10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade 'A' in floor surface of hard standing complete all as specified and as directed.
