BIDDERS SHALL ENSURE UPLOAD OF RELEVANT DOCUMENT CERTIFYING HIS/HER STATUS AS SCHEDULED CASTE RESERVED CATEGORY AS PRESCRIBED IN THE TENDER DOCUMENT

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

VALID DOMICILE OR RESIDENCE CERTFICATE AS PER THE STANDARDS AND GOVT GAZETTE

THE BIDDER SHALL QUOTE RATES WITHOUT ADDING GST FOR EITHER MATERIALS OR WORKS CONTRACT OR SERVICE GST PAYABLE BY THE BIDDER UNDER THIS WORKS CONTRACT WILL BE PAID TO THE CONTRACTOR OVER AND ABOVE THE BIDDERS BID AMOUNT. AND THE INCREASE IN THE GST SHALL NOT BE PAID IN THE EXTENDED PERIOD OF CONTRACT FOR WHICH THE BIDDER ALONE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAY AS DETERMINED BY THE AUTHORITY.

THE RATES INCLUDES ALL LEADS, LIFTS, LOADING, UNLOADING, COST AND CONVEYANCE OF ALL MATERIALS, LABOUR, EQUIPMENTS ETC COMPLETE AS PER THE DIRECTION OF THE ENGINEER IN CHARGE OF WORK

THE BIDDER SHOULD READ ALL THE GENERAL CONDITION IN INSTRUCTION TO BIDDER FILE IN THE TENDER AND OBEY ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITION
