Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains in all heights and depths in all kinds of soil, including saturated soil comprising of pick work,jumper work and blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiesling and wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohabited) and their intermediate classification of soil including dewatering whereever required,settling out to required lines,levels as shown on the drawing and directed by the Engineer in charge at site according to the HP.PWD specification of 1990 (one thousand nine hundred ninety) volume-I (one) and sorting out useful and unuseful material and transportation of the unuseful material for disposing at dumping site (to be arranged by the contractor) including payment of prescribed dumping charges of M.C. if levilled any to the satisfaction of the Engineer in charge through all modes of transporation including head load animal load or mechanical means alongwith its levelling, fine dressing and with all kinds of labour, mechineries, tools, equipment and safety measures and incidental necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour (if required). All useful material such as stones, shingles aggregate and slates shall be properly stacked at site to the maximum possible extent in all leads and lifts through all modes of transporation and used/removed as per the satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. any loss to the public and private properity during the course of execution and disposal of servicable and unservicable materials shall be the absolute responsiblity of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects including all incidential charges and as directed by the Engineer in Charge:- All kinds of soil.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm ( three point fifteen millimeter ) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30X 30X5mm ( thirty X thirty X five millimeter ) so as to give a fair finish including centering ,shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies , height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4.00 meters ( four meters ) and removal of the same for insitu- reinfoced concrete and plain concrete work including all leads and lifts of materials or as per the directions of Engineer in Charge. in Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and placing steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto floor all level. Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor all level in all shapes and sizes in Cement mortar 1:4 (one cement : four coarse sand) including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundations and plinth in : Cement mortar 1:3 (one cement : three coarse sand) including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge. (Note:- Butt hinges and necessary screws shall be paid separately) Deodar wood 35mm ( thirty five millimeter ) thick shutters.

Providing and fixing wire gauge shutters using galvanized M.S. wire gauge of average width of aperture 1.4mm ( one point four millimeter ) in both directions with wire of dia 0.63mm( zero point six three millimeter ), for doors, windows and clerestory windows with hinges and necessary screws including all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. : 35mm ( thirty five millimeter ) thick shutters deodar wood.

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete. Fixed to openings /wooden frames with rawl plugs screws etc. including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing 40mm X 5mm ( forty millimeter X five millimeter ) flat iron hold fast 40cm ( forty centimeter ) long including fixing to frame with 10mm ( ten millimeter ) diameter bolts, nuts and wooden plugs and embedding in cement concrete block 30x10x15cm ( thirty X ten X fifteen centimeter ) 1:3:6 mix (one cement : three coarse sand : six graded stone aggregate 20mm ( twenty millimeter nominal size) including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing 250mm x16mm ( two hundred fifty millimeter X sixteen millimeter) size aluminium sliding door bolts, ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC10 as per IS : 1868), transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with nuts and screws etc. complete including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing 37mm ( thirty seven millimeter ) thick factory made PVC door shutter, styles and rails made of PVC hollow section of size 100mm x 37mm ( one hundred millimeter X thirty seven millimeter ) with wall thickness 2mm (± 0.2mm)(two millimeter ± zero point two millimeter ) , with inbuilt bead on one side, styles and rails mitered cut and joint at the corners by means of 2No. ( two numbers ) of plastic brackets of size 75mm x 220mm ( seventy five millimeter X two hundred twenty millimeter ) at each corner and stainless steel screws, reinforcing the hinge side of style by inserting PVC profile of size 28mm x 30mm ( twenty eight millimeter X thirty millimeter ), with wall thickness 2mm (± 0.2mm)(two millimeter ± zero point two millimeter ) . Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% ( zero point zero eight percent ) and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm ( twenty millimeter ) thick cement mortar 1:4 (one cement : four coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.30kg/ sqm (three point three zero kilograme per square meter ) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge:- Size of Tile 600mm X 600mm ( Six hundred millimeter X six hundred millimeter ).

Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300mm x 300 mm ( three hundred millimeter X three hundred millimeter )(thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours, shades, except White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20mm ( twenty millimeter ) thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (one Cement : four Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/ sq.m (three point three zero kilograme per square meter ) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08%( zero point zero eight percent ) and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours & shade, in skirting, riser of steps, over 12mm ( twelve millimeter) thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (one cement: three coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/ sqm(three point three zero kilograme per square meter ) including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge:- Size of Tile 600mm x 600mm ( six hundred millimeter X six hundred millimeter ).

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed floor tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12mm( twelve millimeter) thick bed of cement Mortar 1:3 (one cement: three coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm (three point three zero kilograme per square meter )including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50mm (± 0.05 %) ( zero point five zero millimeter ± zero point zero five percent ) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120grams ( one hundred twenty grams ) per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240mpa ( two hundred forty mpa ) steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18microns ( fifteen to eighteen microns ). Sheet should have protective guard film of 25microns ( twenty five microns ) minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre ( twelve metre ) or as desired by Engineerin-charge. Providing and placing in position 100mm ( one hundred millimeter ) thick factory made machine batched & machine mixed Precast RCC Rectangular Covers on drains of footpath of various sizes, of M-25 grade cement concrete for RCC work, including cost of centering, shuttering, reinforcement of 8mm ( eight millimeter dia TMT bars of Fe 500 grade @ maximum 100mm( one hundred millimeter ) c/c on both ways , neat cement punning on finished surface, properly encased on all edges with 1.60mm ( one point six zero millimeter ) thick, 100mm( one hundred millimeter ) wide MS sheet duly painted over priming coat , reinforcement to be welded at edges with MS sheet and providing 2No. 12mm ( twelve millimeter ) dia bar for hooks etc i/c cost of cartage, all leads & lift, handling at site etc. complete including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

(iv) Dumming site shall be arranged by the contractor at his own risk and cost.
