Outsourcing for services for attending and rectification day to day complaints related cement work such as plastering work, refixing of tiles, pointing of roof, repair to jambs of door, windows, petty repair cement coping & benching of chajjas, repair to brick work in small quantities etc fuctional on all working days complete all as specified and directed by Officer-in-Charge. ( 01 Mason Per day for 08 hour each shift.) Note : (i) persons employed should be minimum ITI pass of requisite trade from a recognised institute and having sufficient experience of the trade. (ii) The persons employed must have all requisite tools, safety equipments and winter protective clothing.
Outsourcing for services for attending day to day complaints for different type joinery work such as repair to cupboard kitchen, shelves, pelmet box easing of doors ventilators and windows etc fixing/repair/fixing hardware like tower bolt, door springs etc and repair to GMS/stainless steel wire clothes functional on all working days complete all as specified and directed by Officer-in-Charge. ( 02 Carpenter Per day for 08 hour each shift.) Note : (i) persons employed should be minimum ITI pass of requisite trade from a recognised institute and having sufficient experience of the trade. ( 02 Plumber/Pipe fitter Per day for 08 hour each shift.) Note : (i) persons employed should be minimum ITI pass of requisite trade from a recognised institute and having sufficient experience of the trade. (ii) The persons employed must have all requisite tools, safety equipments and winter protective clothing.
Outsourcing for services for attending day to day complaints related to internal and external Elect supply such as complaints of No lights/tubelights/swicth sockets/ wiring fault/ MCBs/MCCBs/ Cabel Fault/ Street lights complaints etc as per site requiremet fuctional on all working days complete all as specified and directed by Officer-in-Charge. ( 01 Electrician Per day for 08 hour each shift.) Note : (i) persons employed should be minimum ITI pass of requisite trade from a recognised institute and having sufficient experience of the trade. (ii) The persons employed must have all requisite tools, safety equipments and winter protective clothing.
Outsourcing for services for Helper/Majdoor to help the Mason, Carpentor, Plumber, Electrician in their day to day complaints related to internal and external Elect supply /Water Supply/ Mason work/ Carpenting Work etc as per site requiremet fuctional on all working days complete all as specified and directed by Officer-in-Charge. ( 11 Majdoor/Helper Per day for 08 hour each shift.) Note : (i) persons employed should be literate and having sufficient experience of the trade. (ii) The persons employed must have all requisite tools, safety equipments and winter protective clothing.
Note for Sr item No 1.00 to 5.00 : (i) Deploying Staff as per BOQ. (ii) Material required for day to day compliants will be provided by the department. (iii) Compllain book & slip, register etc shall be provided by the contractor. (iv) They have to obtain pass from stn HQ before joining their duties at sub stn. They will be liable to provide identity card if asked by sentry/any officers in AGE(I) area. (v) Proper dress of Tradesman and Helper as directed by Engineer-in-charge will be provided by contractor without any extra cost. (vi) Tradesman will take all preventive measures as per code of practise o EI Rules as well as they should be insured for accident as per labour laws. The dept will not beresponsible for any type of incident. (vii) All the sfety equipments related to workmanship will be provided by contrator.
Notes applicable to all items :- (a) Surprise check will be carried out by department representative and if any employees is not available at his working place, he will be treated as absent and recovery shall be made @ Rs 150/- per hour per person. (b) After issue of work order, contractor has to submit the list of employees including reserve alongwith relevant documents as mentioned is particular specifications to the GE/AGE(I). (c) The payment shall be made t employee on or before 7th every calendar month. Payment to employees shall be done by crossed cheque ECS/NEFT through Aadhaar linked bank account only and it shall not be less than minimum fair wages as per Minimum Wages Act 1948. (d) Contractor has to submit proof of payment of EPF subscription made by him alongwith RAR failing which RAR will not be progressed for payment. (e) The rates quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to be included provision of all latest labour laws/regulations including all relevant taxes as applicable. (f) Contractor shall quote the rates considering their monthly leaves, reliever etc as per labour laws and nothing extra shall be paid on account of the above. (g) In the event of deficient services, penalty and recovery thereof from running payment for each deficient staff shall be made as per Particular Specification Clause-9 The contractor shall have no claim on this account.
(k) The bidders are advised not to quote rate less than minimum fair wages as circulated by competent authority. If the quoted amount is less than the estimated cost of work mentioned in NIT, the lowest bidder will have to deposit FDR/BGB as elaborated herein after in favour of Accepting Officer within 07 days of opening of financial bid (Cover No 2). The deposited amount shall be the difference between estimated cost mentioned in NIT and amount quoted by lowest bidder. FDR/BGB shall be released only after satisfactory completion of work. If the contractor fails to pay minimum wages to employees, the department shall have right withhold the said amount which will be verified by GE/AGE(I). The decision of Accepting Officer regarding amount to be withhold shall be final and binding. The withhold amount will be utilised by GE for payment to employees if contractor fail to pay minimum wages and balance amount if any shall only be released. If the lowest bidder fails to deposit the amount as stated above, the amount will be deducted from 1st or subsequent RARs. The contractor shall submit BGB/FDR of validity shall 15 months for the purpose of encashment/release as the case may be. (l) The rates quoted shall be inclusive of suitable reliever of manpower engaged by them. (h) Contractor has to supply required sets of Tools and Plants (as applicable) to the labours employed by him and should be placed with the safe custody of department. Rates quoted shall be deemed to be included for the above provision. (j) In case any variation in manpower as indicated in Column No 3 of BOQ due to any reasons / or any manpower held in Department or any policy change contractor should have no claim on that account.
