M&L for brickwork with sub class 'B' bricks (old size bricks), straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete incl demolition of brickwork /stone built in cement mortar etc. disposal of unserviceable material, debris and rubbish to a distance n exc 100m as directed by the EIC, complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per srl item 1.00 here in before but except bricks.

Taking down cement plaster from wall including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on brick/concrete surfaces finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over alkali resistant primer on wall complete all as specified.

M&L for two coat of weather proof exterior emulsion paint over one coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for complete removal of existing treatment by wire brushing and washing, rubbing down and stopping and preparing of surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for complete removal of existing treatment by wire brushing and washing, rubbing down and stopping and preparing of surfaces and applying one coat of weather proof exterior emulsion paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies, 40mm thick type B-0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5mm graded aggregate) set in cement mortar 1:4 measured solid including all moulding but excluding frame including demolition of existing and disposal of unserviceable material, debris and rubbish to a distance n exc 100m as directed by the EIC, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete (RCC Jali Pillars) of Size 100x100x750mm including demolition of existing and disposal of unserviceable material, debris and rubbish to a distance n exc 100m as directed by the EIC, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed blocks and jaffri pillars and back filling of pressed steel frame etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling RCC/MS fencing posts any section incl taking out embedded portion and making good distrubed ground (posts embededed in PCC)

S&F Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc., complete all as specified. (each line wire to be measured) including dismantling of old rusted barbed wire complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per srl item 14.00 here in before but except barbed wire. (Serviceable Barbed wire obtained from dismantling shall be reused)

Supply only chain link fencing of 3.15mm dia galvanised steel wire, conforming to IS : 2721 -2003 including line wires, straining bolts, binding wire etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc., including provision of binding wire, including dismantling of old rusted chain link fencing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes ) each n.exc. 0.5 cum getteting out returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth round in layers n.exc. 25 cm in soft / loose soil and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 100mtr making good complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type C-2 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregates) in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel work in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified & directed. Note : Unit rate is also included locking holes after fixing of barbed wire and welding to bent up portion as direted.

S&F for steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 with one shop coat of zinc chromate primer including dismantling of old mild steel of any description complete all as specified and directed.

M & L pre-painted Galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 mpa as in roof covering, chajjas/walls, fitting & fixing, including tapping screw and etc including dismantling of old sheets complete all as specified and direced.

S & F pre- painted Galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 mpa as in roof covering, fixing, including self tapping screw etc. complete all as specified and direced.

S&F in repair 2mm thick Fibre glass reinforced translucent sheeting with side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof, wall etc. complete including dismantling of old broken sheet all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for RCC Nominal Mix type, B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in column, pillar, piers etc complete including demolition of existing old structure and disposal of unserviceable material, debris and rubbish to a distance n exc 100m as directed by the EIC, complete all as specified and directed.all as specified and directed.

M&L for form work for rough finished surface of concrete (flat surface square/rectangle) to sides of pillar, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel round bars 10mm dia Fe 410- Gde E-250 around fencing hooking, welding and straining properly to fencing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L TMT bars 10mm dia & over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, conforming to grade Fe-500, complete all as specified& directed.

All as per Srl item No. 28.00 above but 5mm dia & over upto & including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders.

Taking down of old gate, area n exc 9 Sqm and erection and refixing the same after making it serviceable, easing, renewing and greasing, oiling complete including cutting, filling for hold fast incl making good in PCC 1:2:4, type B-0 as required, including one coat of synthetic enamel paint to MS gate as required complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors, etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing conforming to Fe-290 grade-E-165, complete all as specified.

S&F 1.25mm thick MS sheet in steel gates and similar work,cut to size, holes punched, including round headed screws, clouts nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles etc as required including dismantling of Old Ms sheet complete all as directed.

M&L 16 to 18 mm thick granite machine cut slab as in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, treads, risers and like laid ove 15mm thick cement mortar 1:4 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab complete all as specified including dismantling of old stone and and disposal of unserviceable material, debris and rubbish to a distance n exc 100m as directed by the EIC, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Precast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate set in cement mortar 1:6 as in landings, cover slabs for manhole etc, water tank base and similar work complete all as specified and directed including demolition of existing RCC and disposal of unserviceable material, debris and rubbish to a distance n exc 100m as directed by the EIC, complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3, including making joints with or without grooves including making drainage opening wherever required complete including dismantling/demolition of existing stone and disposal of unserviceable material, debris and rubbish to a distance n exc 100m as directed by the EIC, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repairs glazed ceramic tiles of size 300x200x7mm thick in patches area including removing and cleaning old tiles, preparing beds and laying or setting in cement mortar 1:4, jointing and pointing new or old tiles and matching with existing surface and and disposal of unserviceable material, debris and rubbish to a distance n exc 100m as directed by the EIC, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surface of steel of any discription, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide.

Preparation of old painted steel/ concrete surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of PCC in ground floors and paving not exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level)

Material and labour machine pressed precast concrete interlocking coloured paver Block any shape and size, IS 15658-2006 Marked, 60mm thick, M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment incld dismantling of tiles and disposal of unserviceable material, debris and rubbish to a distance n exc 100m as directed by the EIC, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Ser Item No. 41.00 here-in-before but except paver block (Serviceable paver blocks shall be reused after necessary cleaning, removing grass)

S & F machine pressed factory made precast coloured chequered cement concrete tile 300 x 300 x 25 mm thik set, jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment in floor including screed bed 20mm thick in CM 1:6 bedded and jointed incld dismantling of tiles incld dismantling of tiles and disposal of unserviceable material, debris and rubbish to a distance n exc 100m as directed by the EIC, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floor including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base to receive flooring complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hardcore of broken bricks of gauge n.exc 63mm,deposited,spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15cm thick,watered and rammed to true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded aggregates) as in flooring including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 4mm thick acrylic sheet board of High quality with Media printing of 3m of best quality (size/frame of board, design of bd, type of print on sheet, size of studd, samples of letter, pictures, writing will be provided by accepting officer or Engr-in-Charge) and fixed at any height from GL to 29 Mtr height incl stainless steel studds (min 4 studs at each board / sheet ) complete all as specified and directed incl dismantling of existing damaged sheets. Note : Minimum weight of Acrylic Sheet not less than 4.70kg per sqm (Acrylic sheet make A Cast / Astari / Marka Cipta and stainless steel of grade A-ISI 304(1818).

M&L for forming 12mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade 'A' in on concrete slab all as specified and directed.
