Material & labour for returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm deep as in soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for removal of excavated material n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above in starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing of common burnt bricks as mechanical protection of this cables using old size sub class ‘B’ bricks laid dry flat over the cable width equal to the length complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for sand filling in trenches for cushioning of UG cables as layers of 8 cm before laying and 15 cm after laying of cables complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Measurement shall be taken after punning down.

All as per srl item No 4 here-in-before but using old bricks obtained under srl item No 01 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning in replacment of LT underground cables 1100 volts grade, PVC insulated XLPE and PVC sheathed, heavy duty armoured, with multistranded aluminium conductors, IS-1554 marked, laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. M&L for re-painting of LT Steel tubular poles of any sizes with apply of 2 coats of aluminium paint including rubbing with wire brush/emery paper & writing pole Nos in appropriate size of letters including making yellow and black strips upto height of 1.5 mtr above from ground level complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for re-painting of LT Panels/feeder pillars of approx size 2 to 4 Sqm with 2 coats of super enamal paint over a coat of red-oxide with sparygun including writing of feeder pillar numbers in appropriate size of letters complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing of Junction box of IP67 (as per IEC 60529) Thermoplastic PC- GFS Polycarbonate Weatherproof, UV resistant due to solar radiation, Rainwater proof, temperature resistant, Flame – retardant & Self-extinguishing. Glow Wire tested at minimum 960 deg C (as per IEC 60695 – 2 – 11) Junction Box having size (205 x 255 x 112 mm) size on Pole with 1No. 10 Amp C Curve series, 10kA SP MCB i/c supply with pole mounting kit for clamping the box on pole, earthling the body connection, inter- connection, suitable terminal blocks, glands, locknut etc. complete set as reqd. for Pole lighting complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for boring of hole under road/pavement/hard standing or any other situation by manual means and suitable for passing of GI pipe 50 to 100 mm bore and making good both ends complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement GI Pipe (light grade) with necessary accessories/ fittings for cable protections/pole for crossing of culverts/nallah of following bore sizes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge :-

Material & labour for earthing complete in replacement with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 3.5 m below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 2.5m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized iron strip 32X6 mm by means of electric arc welding of galvanised iron or steel as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I, connected to earth test point and the equipment on the other side complete all as specified, including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : - (a) The unit rates quoted against this item shall be deemed to include the cost of excavation and earth work in any type of soil, common salt & charcoal dust in alternate layers, PCC 1:3:6 as in pit, precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 with necessary reinforcement as in cover & frame for pit, funnel, watering pipe 20 mm bore GI pipe light grade, protection pipe 40 mm bore GI pipe light grade etc. (b) The quoted rates shall also deemed to include the cost of earth test point and earth strip/GI earthing and protection pipe upto 7.5 meter beyond the earth plates electrode.

S&F in renewal on load change over switch open execution of capacity 400 Amps , 4 pole , 415 volt , 50 Hz fixed in any type of existing LT panel/Feeder piller including taking out old existing unserviceable change over from panels etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supplying and installation of 3 Pole power contractor, type MNX 110 having 2 NO +2 NC contacts and cat part no CS94137 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supplying and installation of Analog Time switch , 240 Volt AC , 50 Hz -01 Nos complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make L&T Cat No J648B1 or equivalent in Havells/Schnider as approved by GE.

Supply and fixing of 3.5 M long post top light pole aesthetically designed decorative hot dipped galvanised mild steel step pole with grey powder finish, plasma cut & duly chamfered opening window of 300x110 mm for terminal connections & mounting accessories. Window cover is fitted with allen screws to the pole complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for disconnecting all electric LT Supply from timer panel of High mast and lowering down the high mast light fitting set by using motor/manually for repair/replacement work and change the unsv/worn out parts after repair works completed check the serviceability of high mast and remove all dust/nest and greasing the rope/motor/gear assembly for proper functioning before raising up in the the original position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only stainless steel rope 6mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only D clamp including nut bolt and washers complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for disconnecting existing LED street lights/flood lights from PCC/GI poles for repairing of unserviceable LED street light fitting of any type / make of 45-60 watt capacity by replacing UNSV compact LED electronic driver, broken tempered glass, silicon gasket, led blubs ,FMSPD suitable to operate on 150 to 277 Volt 50 / 60 Hz AC supply and reinstall at same location/place after repair work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for disconnecting burnt end or portion of cable removing the cable from loop including necessary excavation & earth work in soft/loose soil relaying and reconnecting the cable by removing burnt portion of cable and preparing fresh terminals including fixing of new lugs for 50 Sqmm 3½ / 4 to 400 Sqmm of LT cable to pole / main switch complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F of service connection with PVC insulated and PVC sheathed flat twin core cable 1100V grade heavy duty electric cable served all PVC sheathed in service connections suspendedsuspension wire and loop insulators and as directed of size 06 Sqmm cross sectional area stranded aluminium conductor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F of service connection with PVC insulated and PVC sheathed flat twin core cable 1100V grade heavy duty electric cable served all PVC sheathed in service connections suspendedsuspension wire and loop insulators and as directed of size 10 Sqmm cross sectional area stranded aluminium conductor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for boring of holes under road pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology including 150 mm dia HDPE pipe suitable for 0.6 mpa working pressure. NOTES :- (i) The contractor will be responsible for taking permission from appropriate authority i.e. NHAI/IGL/ if needed units, needed for above said work. (ii) Trenchless depth shall not be less than 2 mtr from ground level until or otherwise required due to site requirement and contractor has to maintain the trenchless depth upto 4 mtrs from ground level all quoted rates shall deemed to be included to maintain the trench less depth as directed during excavation to avoid damages to the existing services. (iii) The quoted rate shall deemed to be included for repairs/rectification for damaged done to the existing/ communication and water supply system /sewage system during excavation of work.

Note : Contractor should procure and provide 50 % of the material as listed above within 15 days of the placing of work order and shall be verified by the Engr-in-charge.
