Demolition of cement concrete reinforced (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description & any position not otherwise specifically provided including removing of rubbish outside MOD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry/PCC block masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime morter including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles including removing of rubbish outside MOD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete block massonry with solid block (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded aggregate exceeding 10cm in width and setting in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in over areas not exceeding 1.50 m deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description and in any position of brick/concrete surfaces on walls/celing etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc & prepared to receive new plaster complete all as specified and directed.

M&L plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified.

M & L for re-inforced cement concrete of grade M-25 (Design mix) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, bases for columns, etc, beams, bases for cloumns, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste of form work to sides of Concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns plinth beams for rough finished surfaces of concrete flat complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for re-inforced cement concrete of grade M-25 (Design mix) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste of form work to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piesrs, columns and stanchions etc for rough finished surface of concrete flat complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for re-inforced cement concrete of grade M-25 (Design mix) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in walls, retaining walls, basement walls and like, any thickness including attached pilasters and buttresses complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste of formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc, vertical or to batter rough finished surface of concrete flat complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F mild steel deformed TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending, hooking ends, binding with and incl mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F mild steel deformed TMT bars 6mm to 8 mm dia, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending, hooking ends, binding with and incl mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F mild steel deformed TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders , cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending, hooking ends, binding with and incl mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:4 on vertical fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick wall plaster in cm (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces including finishing even & smooth without using extra cement on external surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC pipes of 110mm dia and fixed in RCC walls complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling watering well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm with soft/loose or hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil material not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5mm above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type-B1, (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping and similar work with & including necessary form work to receive fair finish complete all as specified and directed

S&F angle iron of size 65 x 65 x 6 mm conforming to Fe-410-0 or Fe-310-0 as in fencing post and struts including cutting, bending to shape as directed and drilling holes, notching for fixing and holding of barbed wire complete as specified and directed.

S&F galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provn of galvanised mild steel wire staple or steel pins etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Broken glass coping on top of walls in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded in concrete, brick work, masonry etc portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes each n.exc 0.5 Cum getting out in hard/dense soil. returning, filling in and ramming each or broken rubble mixed with earth around im layers exc 25 cm and watering and removing surplus soil to distance not exc 50m and making good surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M/L for providing PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using (40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L providing reinforced cement concrete type A1 (1:1.5:3)(using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in precast posts , fencing post, straining as terminal post, struts etc. for fencing average sectional area exc. 100 and n exc. 250 Sqcm with as without chamfered angles as flat , splyed , rounded as mitred tops including formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Mild steel rag or lewis bolts of 12mm dia neck, screwed one end, with hexagonal or square nuts and washers, the other end of enlarged and jagged or lewised, nexc 15 cm long complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for MS flat iron fillets in posts and struts in fencing, drilling holes (for securing wire mesh etc),including necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc confirming to Fe-290-0 or Fe E 165-0 complete all as specified and as directed.

10 mm dia round mild steel bars, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking , bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to Fe-410-S or Fe-410-0 complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, not exceeding 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described any applying two coats of allmn paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 4mm dia galvanised steel wire, 75 x 75 mm welded /chain link type mesh including 1 mm thick PVC coating on chain link fencing , made up into mattresses or cages, lapped , wired and laid in position , including closing after filling complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and /or reveted, or forged into spikes, framed gurad bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Providing, cement concrete Type C1 1:3:6 (20 mm graded aggregate) aggregate in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed complete all as specified and directed
