Clamp as per requirement in 03 Nos./04 Nos. conductor in parallel.

Shifting, loading, carriage & Laying, spreading, lifting and final sagging of 3 phases 3 wire 11 KV Line and 3 phase 4 wire 0.440 KV Line of ACSR Dog conductor in accordance with profile and sag chart including binding, Jumpering and fixing of P.G. Clamp as per requirement in 03 Nos./04 Nos. conductor in parallel.

LT ABC Cable 3 X 50 + 1 X 35 + 1 X 16 Sq mm Shifting, loading, carriage & Hanging the cable on the pole with the help of eye hook, end clamp, suspension clamp and get proper sagging.

11 KV 3x120 Sq.mm. Laying of XLPE Cable Digging a trench of size 0.75x75 m and filling the bottom with a layer of sand and laying cables covering the trench from the top by laying bricks and covering it with soil. With the help of GI pipe, the cable should be pulled towards the top of the pole.

To connect the overhead line to the transformer's all phases by lugging both the ends of the LT PVC Cable Al. 1X240 sq.mm with the crimping lugs.

To connect the overhead line to the transformer's all phases by lugging both the ends of the LT XLPE Cable Al. 1X1000 sq.mm with the crimping lugs.

Grouting of Stay Rods (16 x 1800) mm including all work of excavation, cement concrete in size (0.60 x 0.60 x 0.30) m in ratio 1:4:8 cement, sand, 40mm brick ballast) as per drg including back filling, proper ramming etc. Fixing tightening & nozzling of stay wire with stay rod with the poles of required tension as per drawing.

Shifting, loading, carriage & Erection to make proper Earthing Neutral and body of Transformers and poles with help of GI wire.

Guarding between two poles (Span) like single poles, double poles, four poles, etc. to guard LT, 11 KV Line telephone and river crossing, road crossing etc. with G.I. wire no. 6 SWG and G.I. wire no. 8 SWG, 10 SWG including supply, cutting, fabrication and fixing of guarding channel 75 x 40 x 3010 mm with clamps nut & bolts etc. as per drawing.
