Carefully dismantling the existing damaged lime concrete (weathering course) which was already laid without disturbing the existing structure of the temple and incluidng charges for removing all debris from the site of work

Weathering course in brick jelly lime concrete using broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (no crushed stone sand to be used) to the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume and laid over the pavukkal in a single layer of required slope and finished by beating the concrete with wooden beaters of approved pattern, keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling lime jaggery water, etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the deparmental officers.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 230mm x 230mm x 20mm of approved quality set in lime mortar 1:1.5 (one part of lime and one point five part of sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS at two percent by weight of lime used and the joints pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same cement mortar mixed with red oxide and water proofing compound including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Cleaning the stone surfaces by water washing the stone elements like wall, piller, uthiram, pothiyal, pavukkal and etc., including cost of material and labour charges etc,.

Pointing the cut stone joints with cement mortar 1:3 (one part of cement and three part of sand) 10mm deep including cost of special tiles such brush and watering, curing etc complete, as per standard specifications

Removing the undulated and dislodged stone flooring from sannathi and stacking it for refixing including cost and conveyance labor, handling and etc., all complete complying with standard specification.

Refixing the removed stone flooring with single line dressing and lime mortar 1:1.5 (one part of lime and one point five part of sand) pointing as same as it exists that including labour charges for fixing, handling and etc., all complete complying with standard specification.

Scaffolding charges for Vimanans and gopurams with casurina posts coconut or plam trees wherever necessary for main, form work and providing with Non Flamable Shaded coverings, providing ladder arrangements, country wood plant for working, inspection etc, complete hire charges only for erection, maintenance and removing the same on completion of the work1 sq,ft.

Scraping the decayed lime plaster from the surface of Vimanams and Gopurams, carefully including isolated bricks or brickwork without damaging the vari vargams, racking out the joints, cleaning the surface with water, including all working in heights, hire charges for special tools, brushes complete superficial area including all folds complete compyling standard specifications

Painting two coat with approved water based exterior emulsion over the cement plastered wall surface, ceiling and other new surface including clearing preparing the surface, curing in all floors including brushes etc., complete compyling as per standard specification.

Supplying & fixing Teak wood temple type door including all materials, labour charges for manufacturing and fixing in position including all furniture fittings etc complete complying with standard specifications.

Earth work excavation for foundation (for narrow excavation) in all soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with an initial lead of 10 mts and initial lift of 2 mts. and clearing and levelling the site, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and filling in foundation, basement, etc with filling crushed stone sand in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Cement concrete 1:5:10 (One part of cement five part of M-sand and ten part of HBG jelly )for foundation using 40mm gauge HBG jelly inclusive of shoring strutting and baling out water where ever necessary ramming curing etc.,complete as per Std, Specification and as directed by the Dept, Officers

Brick work in lime mortar 1:2 (one part of lime and two part of sand) using sHerritage bricks size 6-3/4" x 4-1/4" x 1-4/4" including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges and all other incidental charges etc completc complying with standard specification.

Plastering with lime mortar 1:1.5 (one part of lime and one point five part of sand), 20mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges, curing etc,complete complying with standard specifications.

Flooring with cut stone slab of size 600mm x 600mm and other sizes suitable for site requirement not less than 100mm thick with machine cut edges and top surface dressed as directed by the departmental officers including cost and conveyance of materials to site and lobour charges for paving and Pointing With lime mortar 1:1.5 (one part of lime and one point five part of sand) & lime mortar 1:1.5 etc complete.

Supplying and fixing mild steel grill gate for windows, ventilators, etc., including cost conveyance of all materials and fixing in position including priming coat etc complete with standard specifications.

Painting new iron works such as gate, steel doors windows ventilators with two coats of approved quality and color of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide primer in all floor etc, complete complying with standard specifications. including one coat of zinc chloride primer coat
