REPAIR MAINTENANCE OF EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WORK REQUIRED FOR OH LINE CABLE VCB TRANSFORMERS SOLAR STREET LIGHT POLES AND ITS WORK AT NAI NOFRA AND 30 M UNDER GE P NO 1 JABALPUR

Dismantling carefully the existing Un-serviceable LT Overhead line ACSR conductor of any size from its position by necessary disconnecting of conductor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and stringing, stretching and fixing ACSR conductor for over head line securing on pole complete including binding wire, jointing sleeves aluminium tap and PG clamp etc of any size complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only/stringing only old dismantled ACSR conductor for over head line securing on pole complete including binding wire, etc of any size complete all as specified and as directed. Note for item Srl No 2 & 3 : Jumper on cut point/2 pole structure/4 pole structure shall be provided with PVC insulated sleeves. Rates shall be included of jumper and tree branch cutting to make safe distance from pole /OH line. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling/taking down of insulators of any type/size from HT/LT poles/DOs/GODs complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of existing old cross arms etc made of mild steel channel, angle iron, flat iron, back plates, nuts, bolts, washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150 mm height, 150 mm dia. for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous, 145 mm high and 255 mm dia, ball & socket type, white, brown or green, single disc assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors, working pressure 11000 volts complete all as specified and directed.

~ditto~ all as per item No 7 here in before but 100 mm height, 65 mm dia for 1100 Volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Shackle type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including galvanised mild steel straps 31 x 3 mm, washers, insulator bolts and washers and nut of height 75 mm and 90 mm dia for working pressure 1100 Volts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural mild steel sections conforming to Fe-410-0 grade including necessary nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape and size as directed and including applying two coats of aluminium paint (under & finishing coats) over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer on exposed steel surfacescomplete all as specified and directed.
