Material and labour for erection of steel tubular steel tubular swaged pole type 410 SP - 31 (9.00 metres long) including cast iron base plate, finial taper plug and and painted with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.
Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of high-quality LED Street Light with a minimum system lumen of 9800 Lm (+/-5%) and system wattage not exceeding 70W (+/- 5%) with a nominal system efficacy of ≥140 lumen/watt. The LED used shall have CCT of 5700K, SDCM ≤ 5 and CRI≥70. The housing should be made of LM6/ADC12 Alloy, non-corrosive Single Piece pressure die-cast aluminium, to withstand extreme environments. The spigot shall be part of “Single Piece Pressure Diecast housing” and shall not be bolted to the luminaire housing to ensure robust design. The name of the brand should be embossed/engraved and should not be mentioned using sticker/screen printing. It should have corrosion resistant powder coating to pass NSS of 500 Hrs. The luminaire LED shall have declared Lifetime of 75K hours@L70. The product should be designed for continuous operation (10-12 Hrs. per day). The Ingress protection should be a minimum IP66 and impact resistance shall be IK10. Control gear compartments shall be Top maintainable without accessing/ opening the optical compartment. The Luminaire should have a minimum 10KV/10KA SPD duly bolted in the Luminaire. The SPD should be able to sustain a minimum 15 hits of 10KA rating i.e. Total of 45 hits across all the three modes as per IEEE 62.41.2. The luminaire should be of Class B Serviceability. The LED used in the luminaire shall be SMD type only and shall be from either Nichia, Cree, Lumileds, Osram,Philips,APT Electronics make. The Driver should be asphalt potted and should be a BIS approved driver. The driver shall have operating voltage of 120V to 270V, PF≥0.95 @ full load, THD≤10% @ full load. The driver should be capable to withstand voltage stress of 440V for 8 Hrs., should have an auto shutdown @ 325V and have an auto recovery feature. The driver shall comply to IEC61547 and IEC 61000-3-2. The luminaire driver, it’s SPD shall be of the same make/manufacturer as that of LED luminaires. Pole Dia 48-70mm.Luminaire manufacturer must have In-house recognized by Government Accredited NABL lab to conduct LM79, Type test as per IS10322 and "FAT" before dispatch as per IS 10322. The successful bidder must submit the NABL accreditation certificate for Luminaire manufacturer along with technical bid. The LED Luminaire and it's driver both should be BIS registered. Successful bidder shall submit the following reports before supply of material for approvals: LM79 issued by a recognized by Government Accredited NABL lab, LM80 issued by LED manufacturer, Type Test report for luminaire as issued by a recognized by Government Accredited NABL lab, RoHS compliance issued by LED luminaire manufacturer, BIS certificate for LED Luminaire and Driver to be submitted along with Bid complete all as specified and directed.
Material and labour for taking down street light as described from above items no 11 and refixing same to any location and any height inside complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and fixing in repairs street light bracket made of GI pipe 40 mm bore light grade(bend to shape) , 1.5 metre long and fixed with Ms flat iron clamp(clamp shall be 40 X 5mm ), nuts, bolts and washers and duly painting the bracket with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for connection of junction box to street light luminaire using three core 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) round PVC insulated & PVC sheathed cable FR-LSH with copper conductor upto 1100 votls drawn in street light pole by drilling hole including taking out complete all as specified and directed.
Material and labour for Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6mm buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level sorrounded from all sides by 15cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers etc and connected to and including 25 X 4mm dia GI strip upto 7.5 m by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron and protected by light grade 40mm dia GI pipe connected to main control board and GI pipe medium grade 20mm bore for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, charcoal,salt etc RCC pit cover flush to earth pit 50mm thick reinforced with 8mm TMT bar 100mmC/C and PCC chamber pit with PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) including excavation and earthwork disposal of surplus soil to distance not exceeding 50 metre) and testing after completion all as specified and shown on plate No 3 of SSR Part-I 2009 earthing & earth pit complete all as specified and as directed.
Material and labour for XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured, heavy duty electric under ground cable, with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade of size 16 sqmm 4 core laid in trenches /floor or fixed on wall /pole in including brass compression cable glands, terminal lugs etc, complete all as specified and as directed.
