Clearing away grass vegetation, sapling shrubs and trees n exc 30 cm girth and removing rubbish upto a dist of 50 m out side the periphery of proposed area complete all as directed.

Excavating in post hole (or similar holes ) each not exceeding 0.5 Cum in soft/loose soil, including getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and making good disturbed surface complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for mild steel fencing posts made with angle iron 65x65x6mm, flat iron 40x5mm and 12 mm round bar etc for securing wire mesh including necessary cutting, welding, noching, riveting etc. and similar works conforming to E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for12 mm dia Mild steel bolt with length of bolt exc 5cm but n. exc 10 cm long without washer, square or heaxagonal head at one end and screwed at other end etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 (using 40 mm grade stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing surface of newly steel and iron work, of any description and girth, not otherwise described, and treated with tar or coal tar black paint for treating ends of posts, backs of chowkats, etc., area treated exc 0.10 sq. m. but n exc 0.5 sq. m each complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new surface of steel over 10cm girth or width including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation for steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a one coat of red oxide including preparation of surfaces n.exc 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanised fencing , any size or type complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc complete all as specified and directed (each line wire to be measured).

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth for fdn,etc.n. exc 10sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm grade stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC M-25 in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC M-25 in Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over,cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Mild steel TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, and binding including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Use & waste of formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter for fair finished surface . complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts, etc.conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.
