Cleaning of RCC Overhead reservoir by scrapping the bottom surface and side walls by brooming with hard wire brush removal of sludge/Mud/silt and other foreign material from bottom surface of overhead reservoir with the help of buckets & rope manually, brought to the ground level washing properly and final wash with concentrated bleaching powder solution (10 :1) of water and bleaching powder respectively and disposal of collected sludge/ mud material to a distance exc. 50 mtr from site but not exceeding 100 mtr including applying a coat of cement base primer and making water supply system functional. Date of cleaning shall be written with white paint on the black strip approx size 30"x24" all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge capacity overhead reservoir at approx 18 mtr to 21.35 mtr staging and capacity 2.5 Lakh gallon capacity overhead tank complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

All as per item No 1 here in before but of capacity 0.75 to 1.0 Lakh gallon capacity overhead tank complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

All as per item No 1 here in before but of capacity 0.25 to 0.50 Lakh gallon capacity overhead tank complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Cleaning of RCC Under ground sump 2.5 Lakh Gallon capacity by scrapping the bottom surface and side walls by brooming with hard wire brush removal of sludge/Mud/silt and other foreign material from bottom surface of under ground sump with the help of buckets and other items etc and dewatering of water from the sump properly and final wash with concentrated bleaching powder solution (10 :1) of water and bleaching powder respectively and disposal of collected sludge / mud material to a distance exc. 50 mtr from site but not exceeding 100 mtr including applying a coat of cement base primer and making water supply system functional. Date of cleaning shall be written with white paint on the black strip approx size 30" x24" complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

All as per item No 4 here in before but capacity of Under Ground Sump 3/3.5 Lakh gallon capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Removing / cleaning of mud and sludge upto bottom of raw water receiving basin of size 11.75 x 7.70 x 3.75 mtr deep including cleaning of weeds, bushes and vegetation etc inside the tank and upto 3 m distance in surrounding area of raw water basin and disposal of the removed silt/spoil depositing at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point and at a distance not more than 50m complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

All as per item No 6 here in before but upto bottom of sludge tank of size 12 mtr dia x 2.75 meter deep complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Removal of mud and sludges from jack wells including cleaning of internal side of jack well / fluculator with proper material complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in kerb, mud stops bands, copings, bed plates including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles including necessary form work for pipe support, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specifiedand directed by Engineer in Charge.

Site clearance and surface dressing by cutting and removing of elephant/wild grass (sarkanda) from all around the periphery of raw water reservior and removing from site not xceeding 50 mtrs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge..

M & L Painting & sign /letter writing on complete steel structure , pipe lines, valve, agitatiators, metallic parts and fitments with two coats of synthetic enamel paint Ist quality of approved colour, make and quality over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F in replacement MCCB, 4 pole, 415 volt of capacity 400 Amp, short circuit, breaking capacity 36 KA, with fixed thermal magnetic release including thimbles, nuts, bolts, washers etc disconnecting and making incoming, out going connection terminals etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply only flexible type coupling of size TC-15 which contain tread inside complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply only flexible type coupling of size TC-17/TC-19 contain tread inside complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Chemical examination of raw water of the plant at water point 1 & 2 (from authorised lab and report will be submitted in triplicate to deptt) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Bacteriological examination of clear water of the plant at water point (from authorised lab and report will be submitted in triplicate to deptt) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply only pig lead suitable for jointing different sizes of pipe lines complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note : Contractor shall supply pig lead in slab form.

Supply and fix in replacement Foot Valve (Flanged) 300mm dia confirming to IS 4038 including joint with rubber fibre board gasket, nut bolts etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement Foot Valve (Flanged) 200mm dia confirming to IS 4038 including joint with rubber fibre board gasket, nut bolts etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement Foot Valve (Flanged) 150mm dia confirming to IS 4038 including joint with rubber fibre board gasket, nut bolts etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M & L for prepration old metallic , treated irregular and curved surface of pipes , valves, motor pumps , electric panels , steel railing , agitators of flocculators including removing existing treatment by scrapping burning complete for painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -charge.

M&L for servicing and repair maintenance, oiling, greasing of bleaching dozing mixing apparatus comprising of TFC motor , reduction gears, verticle agitating padels complete made in serviceable condition including maintenance and repair , descalling, scrapping, cleaning and repair of bleaching mixing tank. Painting of metallic / steel parts with two coats of black bituminous paint over a coat of primer making serviceable in all respect complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M & L for servicing and repair of flash mixture comprising of TFC motor , reduction gear padels etc. and making servicable in all respect complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply only manila rope (Rassa) of different size suitable for water supply works complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note : Required size of rope will be provided by contractor during execution of work.

Supply and fixing mild steel clamps of different size (from 50 mm to 300mm) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note : Required size of clamp will be provided by contractor during execution of work.

Supply only vinegar suitable for spraying on grass at water supply installations complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Dismantling existing mild steel sheet cover of any thickness from existing cover of valve pit and providing new MS sheet cover suitable for existing size of pit with locking arrangement, butt hinges, handels and other connected items and fixed to existing angle iron frame complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M & L for desilliting of clay and mud deposited at the bottom of raw water storage sedementation tank of size 119 x 48 x 4.6 meter deep including removing of weeds, bushes and vegetation etc inside the tank and upto 5 m distance in surronding area of storage tank and disposal of the removed silt / spoil depositing at a level n. exc 1.5 m above the starting point and at a distance not more than 50 m away from tank complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note : - Dewatering of tank shall be carried out through gravity pumping to a certain level / extent with availble source at site by the contractor at his own arrangement. The balance shall be pump out / drained out by the contractor at his own arrangement alongwith silt by means of pumping or any other approved means for which the cost is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted without damanging the surface, floor, walls of storage tank

Supply only Tri-Chloriso-cuanuric Acid (TCCA-90) calcium based granular disinfactent for water treatment packing in 45 Kg, plastic drum complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only copper sulphate of best quality and of degree as approved by the GE complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only Alum sulphate (Fitkari) in crystal form packing in 50 Kg bag pure white colour suitable for swimming pool complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Grade IV in slab form used in water supply will not be acceptable.

S & F of sign board of size 3 x 2 sqm with line diagram complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fixing Submersible flat copper conductor cable of size 50 sqmm x 3 Core suitable for 75/100 HP motors complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply only nut and bolts of different sizes including washers using for water supply machinary etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note for Srl Item No. 14, 15, 18, 25, 27, 30, 31, 32, 38 & 41 : Supply only items shall be taken over on charge through necessary Receipt Voucher duly signed by all concerns and duly verified by Audit.
