Removing the sludge,soil, roots or any other materials from any depth. removal & depositing any type of sludge/debries to excavated area, spreading necessary insecticides where sludge is deposited all as specified by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars,etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles or any other descrption etc including disposal of unservicable rubbish outside Cantt area all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Raking out joints/ pointing to brick work in walls or to bricks on edge in floors,surface channels, roofs, etc in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of Cement concrete unreinforced as in Ground Floor and paving n. exc. 15cm thick (above or below G.L.) complete including disposal of unservicable rubbish outside Cantt area all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.50 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth; for foundation or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pierholes, etc. not exceeding 10 sq. m on plan and getting out complete all as specified.

Earth work in excavation in any type of soil over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth,1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out depth not exc 1.5 mtr all as directed by Engineer-incharge complete, all as specified.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands,plinth courses, string courses,lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height,copings, kneelers, apex stones,bed plates, kerbs , water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed with and including using necessary use and waste of formwork complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channel/drains inside the manholes and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating with and including using necessary use and waste of formwork for fair finished surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Reinforced concrete pipes 450 mm bore, class NP2, laid in level or to falls in trenches, etc.or on concrete bed or directly on hard ground as indicated and making joints and testing as specified complete with collars.all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Precast cement concrete (Design mix) M-25 using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces and the like complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over, of grade Fe-500D cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

75 mm thick, cement concrete type C-1, 1:3:6 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, finished even & smooth without using extra cement, as in plinth protection, complete all as specified.Plinth protection shall be laid in 1:20 slope and joint filling sealed with bituminous sealing compound grade "A" .

50 mm thick Cement concrete type B- 1,1:2:4 (using 20mm graded aggregate)as in flooring finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using cement extra cement including spike rolling to surfaces or making impressions of expanded metal, whilst the concrete is green, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick each,excavated soil in soft/loose soil, complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

60mm thick machine pressed precast concrete ( M-35 grade) prepolished rubberized moulded interlocking paver block manufactured in an automatic plant working on vibration and simultaneous hydraulic compression from top, with grey cement and pigment(Yellow & red) any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 laid over and including 50 mm thick cushion of coarse sand & filling the joints after laying complete all as specified and as directed.

80mm thick machine pressed precast concrete ( M-40 grade) prepolished rubberized moulded interlocking paver block manufactured in an automatic plant working on vibration and simultaneous hydraulic compression from top, with grey cement and pigment(Yellow & red) any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 laid over and including 50 mm thick cushion of coarse sand & filling the joints after laying complete all as specified and as directed.

Endura tile good grip series 300x300x 8-10mm thick of colour set in neat cement slury , pointed with pigment over and including screed bed or bedding layer 15mm thick cm1.6 complete all as specified and directed.

Precast cement concrete (Grade M 30 ) manhole cover SFRC (steel fibre reinforced cover) factory made including suitable precast RCC frame as per manufacturer's instructions, heavy duty as approved by GE of size 600 x 600 x 70 mm thick with and including 2 mm thick mild steel strip on all the four edges heavy duty,RCC frame set in cement mortar 1:4 and similar articles complete as per site requirement, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Precast cement concrete (Grade M 30 ) manhole cover SFRC (steel fibre reinforced cover) factory made including suitable precast RCC frame as per manufacturer's instructions, heavy duty as approved by GE of size 1000 x 600 x 70 mm thick with and including 2 mm thick mild steel strip on all the four edges heavy duty,RCC frame set in cement mortar 1:4 and similar articles complete as per site requirement, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Precast cement concrete (Grade M 30 ) manhole cover SFRC (steel fibre reinforced cover) factory made including suitable precast RCC frame as per manufacturer's instructions, heavy duty as approved by GE of size 750 x 750 x 70 mm thick with and including 2 mm thick mild steel strip on all the four edges heavy duty,RCC frame set in cement mortar 1:4 and similar articles complete as per site requirement, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE FOR ITEM NO 32 to 34 :-Precast SFRC manhole/Drain cover Manufacturer shall have minimum three years manufacturing experience.Make shall be approved by GE for precast SFRC manhole/Drain cover

Note: For the purpose of arriving at lumpsum amount, the amount of credit schedule i.e Sch 'A' section II (i.e Rs 67,600.00 shall be deducted from the total amount arrived.
