Earth work in bulk excavation by manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 m2 on plan) including disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 meters and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (For all kind of soils)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with:1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting , hoisting , fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. Hot finished welded type tubes

Supply and installation of Funder Max or equivalent 6mm thick Exterior grade F- Quality panels of standard size with both side décor. FunderMax panels are duromer high pressure laminates (HPL) in accordance with EN438-6 TYPE EDF with Norm Conformity as per EN 438/7. Installation of FunderMax panels will be done by MBE Rivets(with Fixed and Sliding Points) with minimum recommended Aluminum Box section of 38x38x2 mm thick and 38x74x2mm thick held by Wind load and Dead load MS Galvanized brackets as per design, anchored by standard Hilti/Fischer or equivalent make anchor fasteners along with Thermal and Bi-Metallic Separator. Installation of FunderMax Panels will be done using Rear Ventilated Principles only .which is ensured by providing gaps of 20 mm at top and bottom(for free flow of air behind the façade) for the façade and using the framework with no horizontal section.All specification has to be approved by Engineer-in-charge.

15mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Providing and fixing vertical Green Wall with metallic frame support for vertical creepers and other specified plants including MS Angle supports, steel wire mesh, cross supports and clips and screwing arrangements complete to hold the frame upright and secure also including painting of all the members in colors of approved makes and shade. The frame shall also be fitted with arrangements of drip irrigation by means of flexible rubber hoses travelling throughout the length of the frame at 1.5 mtrs minimum vertical spacing with provisions of holes at regular intervals for effective irrigation. The assembly shall be coupled with a low power (as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge) submersible pump drawing water from the main source and distributing it evenly. The cost is inclusive of the Palnts as specified by the Engineer-in-Charge. The entire arrangment shall carry a maintenance warranty of 5 years

Removing and re-installing old Gate Shutters with proper anchorage and repairs wherever required as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge
