M & L for making hole in existing wall any thicknesss (upto 3 storey bldg) for insatllation of exhaust fan of size 300 mm/450mm sweep by dismantling brick work/RR work/concrete work manually or by mechanical means including making good the wall( from both side i.e inside and outer ) by plastering in cement mortar 1:4 and well finishing incl applying two coat of distembering to match with the existing surface incl removal of debris,cleaning ground surfaces all as specifed and as directed at site. Note 1: Making of hole shall be in proper way and full satisfaction of Engr in Charge. Note 2 : Making of hole and making good as per existing surface shall be finished in same day. Note 3:-A fine of Rs 1000/- shall be deducted for incomplete/ bad finish Exhaust fan holes and extended delay in completion.

Supply and fixing ply board min size 600 mm x 600 mm and thickness 12 mm including cutting opening for fixing of exhaust fan 200/250 mm sweep including necessary nut, bolt / fasteners etc incl fixing on wooden/aluminium windows by means of screws/nut/bolts cutting the edges of ply board as per dimension of windows , painting with two coat of wooden paint of approved colour complete all as specified and as directed.
