NOTE:- Applicable for all parts:- (i) The bidders/ contractors are advised to read relevant contract drawings and particulars specificatios, Key Specifications, Special Conditions and General Conditions of Contracts before entry/ quoting the rates. (ii) Bidder may quote all three parts as a whole or only any one part or combination of any two parts. This aspect should be clearly indicated by the tenderer on letter pad and scanned copy should also be uploaded in Cover-1 clarifiying that the tenderer has quoted as a whole or for any specific part/parts. (iii) The Accepting Officer reserves his right to accept tender as a whole or in parts. the contractor shall not have any claim what so-ever for accepting the contracts as a whole or part wise. Decision of Accepting Officer in this regard shall be final and binding. (iv) If contractor wishes not to quote any part/ parts (as per his eligibility given in NIT) he should quote "0" rates in the Rates column of that particular part/parts. Accordingly, such offer shall not be considered Non bonafide & it will be construed that the contractor has not quoted that particular part/parts.
