Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) over areas (Exceeding 30cm in depth, 1.5mtr in width as well as 10sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.50 m, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed: All kinds of soil.

Earth work in rough excavation, banking excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, breaking clods, watering, rolling each layer with half tonne roller or wooden or steel rammers, and rolling every third and top –most layer with power roller of minimun 8 tonnes and dressing up in embankments for roads, flood banks, marginal banks and guide banks or tilling up ground depressions lead upto 50 mtr and lift upto 1. 5 mtr. in : All kinds of soil:

Providing and laying of dry stone soiling of any thickness in horizontal level, hand packed including cost of stones.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering- All work upto plinth level. 1:4:8 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size). Nallah.

Random Rubble masonry with hard stone from nallah in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1 :6:12 ( 1 Cement: 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) at plinth level with: cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement: 6 coarse sand)

Providing and laying damp-proof course 50mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size. Nallah:

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering- All work upto plinth level. 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size). Nallah.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutmen"ts, posts ans sturts, etc. upto floor five level excluding cost of centring, shuttering, fmishing and reinforcement. 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars.

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for• (a) Foundations: footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

(b) Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform.

(c) Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls. Under 20cms wide.

(d) Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and centilevers.

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brushwood, trees and saplings of girth upto 30cm measured at height of 1m above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Carriage of cement and steel from an average lead up to 131 Km by mechanical transport.
