Dismantling brick work of any thickness in cement mortar in foundation and clearing the debris from site with initial lead and lifts etc., complete as directed by the Engineer,i/c.,

Drilling holes in RCC slabs/Beams/Columns/windows fins at various heights to facilitate anchoring with 12mm RTS rods to a maximum depth of 199mm cleaning the holes, washing with potable water, allowing it to dry completely, mixing the base and hardener of epoxy resin LOCKSET ‘P’ or equivalent, placing the same & RTS rods to the prepared hole as per manufacturer’srecommendation including the cost of all materials, labours,lead, lift,T&P etc., complete.(Anchoring shall be done wherever welding to the existing rod is not feasible)

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of steel reinforcements using MS / RTS rods for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel. Binding wire, straightening the rods, welding of rods, dia above 25mm in all floors complying with standard specifications. [The welding should conform to BIS. Wherever required at contractor’s expense.]

Applying modified mortar to the damaged RCC slab/beam/column to thickness of 20 to 75mm,with micro concrete-RENDIROC RG, surface preparation to receive Modified Mortar, Chipping & removing all loose materials from the surface, cleaning the surface, thorough scrapping the old rods to remove rust using rust remover and clearing away the debris from the site outside the building and after applying one coat of NITO BOND EP at 1000ml., for an average are of 2 sq.mm per application, plywood shuttering, applying curing compound ‘NitoBond’- AR as directed at site including the cost of all materials, labour,lead, lift,T&P etc., complete-1 sq.mm

Supplying and erecting steel centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting up to 3.29 meter height for plain surfaces such as RCC square or rectangular columns, top and bottom slabs of sunshade boxing sill slabs etc., with necessary facia etc., with all cross bracings using mild steel B.G., 10 sheets of size 90cm X 60cm stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm X 25mm X 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (Country wood) Joists of size 10cm X 6.5 cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre etc., complete complying with standard specification

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1½:3 (One Cement, one and half sand/M sandand three hard broken stone jelly) using machine broken 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC item of works excluding cost of reinforcement grill, fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrator, finishing, curing, etc., complete and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/roof slab wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of wall, beam etc. shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) 12mm thick and kraft paper laid over it without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers For Foundation and basement

Plastering of walls in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) 20mm thick in all floors with water proofing compound at 2% by weight of cement and finishing neatly including provision of cement mortar bands and raised plastering for doorways wherever required and as directed without any extra claim complying with standard specifications.

Special ceiling plastering and finishing the RCC exposed surface such as RCC slabs sunshade facia, canopy slab, stair case, waist slab, landing slab etc., with cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand /P Sand) 10mm thick including hacking and providing necessary cement mortar nosing, beading etc., wherever necessary and as directed with cement mortar etc., complete complying with standard specification

Painting two coats of cement and SBR paste mixture in the ratio of 1:1:1 (One cement: One SBR: One water) in already existing old brick wall, concrete using brushes allover the wall area etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and fixing of chicken mesh of size 1” on walls, concrete area, wall& concrete junctions with suitable anchoring, nailing etc., the rate includes labourcharges for fixing,nailing,transporting,lifting,anchoring etc., complete complying with standard specification and the chicken mesh should be got approved by Engineer i/c.

Applying two coats of Fosrac S2 chemical for RC portions like slab, ceiling, column etc.,/toilet sunken portion up to 10mm thick by two layers and by using chicken mesh n the sunken portion in all floors and applying brush bond two coats including finishing neatly curing etc., complete.

Providing anti-corrosive coating over the already corroded rods using NITOZINC primer or equivalent of 1000ml for an average area of 2 sq.mm., as per the manufacturer’s recommendation including the cost of all material, labour, lead, lift T&P etc., complete as directed by the Engineer,i/c.,

Painting two coats of exterior emulsion paint over one coat of exterior primer using best qualityand approved colour of paint, brushes, scaffolding charges etc. complete complying with standard specification. Paint, primer and colour have to be gotapproved by department Engineers.

Removing the debris away from the site of work using lorry transport and dumped in the place approved by the municipal authorities and as directed by the Engineer,i/c.,{The capacity of the lorry load should not less than 2.83 Cum }

Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Windows of casement type (Open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI / 1mm 125 GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (Black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations free pin headed plain or brown colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action, security protective hinges, strong locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss. The connection mechanism between sash and outer frame that enables opening of the window. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing alround the frames. The window should be got approved from the Engineer,i/c., before use on work.

Supply and fixing of 0.47mm Galvalum sheet roofing including cost of sheet, self tapping screws and washer etc., with all cost of material and labour charges including fixing and finishing as per standard specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing country wood scantling (first quality wood) for door frames including labour charges for making, applying anti corrosive paint on the back sides of frame and fixing the frame in position, etc. complete complying with standard specification. (The wood have to be got approved by departmental Engineers before use on work).

Supplying and fixing flush door shutters of 32mm thick single leaf with skin type paneled door made up of hard wood of approved quality including fixing necessary furniture fittings such as iron oxide MS hinges of 125mm x 30mm size 3 Nos., aluminiumaldrop of size 250 x 16mm – 1 No. aluminium tower of size 250 x 12mm – 1 No. Aluminium tower bolt of size 200x12mm – 1 No., D type aluminium handle of size 125mm – 2 Nos. Applying of Cebex 100 with suitable pre stressing grout admixture compiling with BS 8110 part-I, 1985. Grouting must be carried out using a cement based grout, incorporating cebex 100 manufacture by FOSRAC. For grout, marker or concrete with aggregate/cement ratio more than one use 4x225g units or 900g of cebex 100 per 100kg of cement. The rate includes all the required Fosrac materials, labour charges, grouting, drilling holes etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing in position best approved ISI quality PVC Rain water down fall pipes of 110mm dia meter having working pressure of 6Kg/Cm2 including cost of PVC pipe, with necessary shoes, bends, nails, teakwood plugs, screws etc., and fixing of cost iron gratings of required dia meter and special clamps at junction of parapet and the RCC roof slab including finishing neatly etc., complete. The rate shall be inclusive of cost of removable cost iron gratings. The size of teakwood plugs to be used shall be 150mm X 25mm in front and 200mm X 75mm in rear and all other sides to a depth of 100mm. The PVC pipe shall be fixed with teak wood plugs by means of "U" clamps using brass screws. Special types of "U" clamp at the centre of the pipeline shall be fixed in addition to those for more than 3 meter pipe length complying with standard specifications.
