M&L for Cutting the existing CI/DI pipe line by necessary tools without damaging the pipe lines as required up to 200 mm dia for necessary insertion of new fitting or replacing of pipe etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note- New specials/pipe will be paid separately under respective items of the schedule.

Supply, laying, testing 150mm cast iron pipes with spigot and socket end centrifugally cast conforming to IS 1536 : 1989 Class A,in any length,laid in trenches including making good disturbed surfaces of road /pavement/PCC surface as required including taking out old existing pipeline of any description and size complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Cast iron fittings for spigot and socket pipes of size upto 200 mm bore such as bends(any type,radius and angle) tapers any type (straight, bend, increasing,decreasing or double socket, etc), Tee pieces single branch, 'Y' junction, double branch, cross(all sockets or socket and spigot), collars caps and plugs complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for run lead joint for 150 mm bore CI pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L in reapirs for run lead joints with and including proper packing and lead seal for insertion of new tees, and CI specials for 150 mm dia bore pipe and all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs, 50mm bore, gun metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for union complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs, 25mm bore, gun metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for union complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs, 20mm bore, gun metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for union complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 100 mm dia ductile iron resilient (soft) seated gate valve with pocket less body, ss stem (AISI 410), epdm coated di wedge 100% vaccum tight design with toroidal sealing rings & over 250 micron epoxy coating in PN 16 designed to BS:5163/IS:14846 non-rising/rising stem type with hand wheel operation with necessary nuts,bolts washers and gasket including taking out old valve complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 150 mm dia ductile iron resilient (soft) seated gate valve with pocket less body, ss stem (AISI 410), epdm coated di wedge 100% vaccum tight design with toroidal sealing rings & over 250 micron epoxy coating in PN 16 designed to BS:5163/IS:14846 non-rising/rising stem type with hand wheel operation with necessary nuts,bolts washers and gasket including taking out old valve complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 100 mm dia ductile iron resilient seated non-return valve, flanged end in swing type design with EPDM encapsulatrd door and with over 250 micron epoxy coating with necessary nuts,bolts washers and gasket including taking out old valve complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for Leakage detection in GI water lines of upto 50 mm bore and necessary repairs including, cutting, threading for addition/alteration and insertion of new fittings all as specified and directed. (Note- The rate quoted by the contractor shall deemed to inclusive of earth work also).

M&L for Leakage detection in GI water lines of 100/150 mm bore and necessary repairs including,cutting,threading for addition/alteration and insertion of new fittings all as specified and directed.(Note- The rate quoted by the contractor shall deemed to inclusive of earth work also).

M&L for Leakage detection in CI/DI water mains from source-1 or source -2 to pump house No-1 or pump house No-3 and dismantling of defective/unserviceable 150 mm nominal size pipe line and taking out from trenches/ hard rocks with necessary excavation work and carrying out the repair work at site or local wk shop for welding work to repair defective portion of pipe line and providing leak proof jointing material to leaked/pierced portion and took back after repair to work site complete and relaying of repaired pipe line 150mm bore in trenches and jointing the same in trenches complete with new gasket, nut bolts and other jointing material including testing/commissioning the pipe line on full pressure complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. NOTE :- (i) flanges & flanged joints shall lead joint deemed to be including in quoted rate .(ii) Work will be carried out in piecemeal locations experienced based on break downs and weaker sections of existing rising main as per site requirement and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (iii) connecting and supporting the pipe lines using ropes/wires etc with transportation as per site requirements etc and rectify the defects on urgent basis.

M&L for construction of valve pit of size 1.2 m x 1.2 m x 0.9 m (internal dimension) one brick thick wall, rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 internally & externally (15cm depth below GL) finished even & smooth without using extra cement and applying three coat of white wash, mild steel sheet cover made of mild steel sheet, 3 mm thick and 40 mmx 40 mm x 6mm thick mild steel angle iron frame including locking arrangement,handle etc and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of surfaces including demolition of existing brick masonry valve pit complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour in repairs FRP solution preparetion cum settling tank OR plain bottom tank capacity 100 ltrs with lid, port hole, inlet / outlet / drain connection, level gauge etc and fitted with 900 RPM motor and PVC agitator, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Spares requird for servicing deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rate. Make of item shall be as per HQ CEEC or HQ E-in-C's branch.

M & L in repairs Electromagnetic and Diaphragm Type dosing pump mannual type with 05 ltrs / hr @ 04 kg back pressure incl necessary connections and pvc pipe required for smooth functioning of the dosing sytem, complete all as specified and directed. Make of item shall be as per HQ CEEC or HQ E-in-C's branch.

M&L for opening the top of the sluice valve carefully of size 100mm bore PN-1.6, taking out the gate & spindle, scraping/cleaning the gate both sides, cleaning/scraping of sluice valve body throughly from inside, refixing / replacing the spindle, gate check nut and top of sluice valve including replacement of gland packing rope of suitable size & rubber gasket and Bolt, nut with washers necessary metalling , grinding and leveling of the valve door seating complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Replacement ofspindle with check nut etc shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Supply only brass spindle including check Nut suitable for 100 mm dia bore.

M&L for opening the top of the Non return valve carefully of size 100mm bore, taking out the wafer, scraping/cleaning the gate both sides, cleaning/scraping of Non return valve body throughly from inside, refixing / replacing the wafer including replacement of gland packing rope of suitable size & rubber gasket and Bolt, nut with washers necessary metalling , grinding and leveling of the valve door seating complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Replacement of minor parts etc deemed to be included in quoted rate.

M&L for repacking stuffing box of sluice valve 150 mm spindle including taking apart and reassembling complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repacking stuffing box of sluice valve 100 mm spindle including taking apart and reassembling complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for filling gland packing to control water leakage in sluice valve of size 100/150 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs, Pressure gauge 100 mm dial , suitable to measure 300 meter head with Brass Gauge cock with fitting including Brass sampling cock with fitments complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for water sample testing for biological analysis, Ph level ,iron ,lead, alkality and for presence of snails and worms at nearest govt aproved laboratory as specified and directed by Eng in charge. (Note : for sample collection bottle will be provided by the contractor.)

M&L for cutting grass, vegetation, shrubs, under growth, roots etc and removing rubbish to a distance not exc 50 m including spraying the chemical/ pesticide in proper ratio with water to control growth of grass & vegetation complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Bleaching powder stable Grade-I as per IS specifiction 1065/1989 (2nd revision) fresh MED in 25 Kgs HDPC bags having chlorine not less than 30% all as specified. Make-Brila Adhithya/Sriram/Gujrat alcalies & Chemicals ltd/Centarary alcalies

Supply only Chlorine tablets contained in plastic cylindrical sealed disposable sanitizer refill (dia 2.5 inches +/- 0.5 inches, Height 10 inches +/- 0.5 inches ) for disinfection of drinking water with arrangement for controlled release of disinfectant in water, suitable for operation through dosing system Make- As approved by HQ CEEC or HQ E-in-C's branch. (Note : The product media should have heavy metal contaminants below detectable limits & must pass the acute toxicity test (confirm to non toxicity for mammalian cells ) and safe for human health safety point.
