PROVISION OF HIGH MAST LIGHT AT NCB JUNGLE AREA AT SSB (KOL) DIAMOND HARBOUR UNDER GE (I) (CGN) KOLKATA

Supply, erection, installation & testing of Hot dip Galvanized High Mast of mean height 15 Mtr suitable for mounting LED Flood Light fittings symmetrically. Mast Shall include heard- frame, lantern carriage with 08 Nos Luminaire arms suitable for mounting luminaires symmetrically , motorized winch with wire ropes (2 w rope system), lightning spike bolted on head- frame, Junction box , required foundation details as per height and design of OEM, suitable to withstand 180 kmph wind speed. The slip-stress fit type of joint is provided for sections; raising/lower speed 3m/min. The lubricant is permanent oil bath of SAE 90/140 type. SS wire rope is AISI 316, 7/19 const. Dia. of rope 6mm and breaking load capacity: 2350kg/rope. The tailing cable is ERP/PCP Sheathed Multi core flexible copper. The power tool is 440V, 50HZ, 1HP/1.5HO Reversible. The mast should comply IS: 875 (Part-III, 1987) for wind loading; BSEN 10025 / IS: 2062 for grades of MS plates ; BS ISO 1461/IS 4759 for galvanizing; IS: 800 (1984, Rev 2) for Code of practice for general construction of steel; TR No. 7 (2003) of ILE, UK for specification of Mast & Foundation; SABS: 0225 (1991) for Mast natural frequency calculation; IS: 3459/2266 for stainless steel wire rope; IS: 9968 (Part-I) for trailing cable trailing cable 5C x 2.5 sq mm cable-1 Nos , IS: 325 for motor. IS: 5135 for welding; IS:1367 for foundation accessories all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix LED flood light 250 W, System Luminous efficency at 110 lum/w IP 66 including control gear box complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix time switches 415 V three Phase of 20 Amp rating with contactor fitted inside steel enclosure complete all as specified and as directed

Material & Labour for Earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead as required by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron strip of size 32x6mm as earthing lead as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR part -I connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil , returining filling , disposal of surplus soil, earth pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate pit, funnel, 20mm da GI medium grade watering pipe, 15mm dia GI medium grade earth lead protection pipe and pre-cast earth pit cover 50mm thick made of RCC (1:1.5:3) type A1 duly reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 150 c/c both ways , one lifting handle made out of 10mm dia TMT bar 250mm long embedded in cover slab and cover , wire, copper lugs etc mesh , charcoal and common salt in alternate layer of 15 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and laying underground cable XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor for 16 sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and as directed

Excavating in trenches n. exc. 1.5 m. wide and n. exc. 1.5 m. in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pire holes, etc. n. exc. 10 sqm on plan and not exc. 1.5 m. in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning for protection of cables (below, above and around the cable laid in trenches) complete using clean, dry sand complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying well burnt bricks sub class 'B' laid breadthwise along length of cable in trenches after sand cushioning laid for underground cable protection complete all as specified and as directed

Removing excavated soil not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point in soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay PVC insulated & PVC sheathed 2.5 sqmm 5 core EPR /PCP with cotton brading copper cable (High Mast Cable) suitable up to 1100 volts grade conforming to IS: 9968-1 all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving n exe 15cm thick level) complete all as specified and directed.

Grubbing up tree trunk including cutting of trunkportion protruding over ground,digging out root off ground, stacking of serviceable matrial and removing of unserving material to a distance site, girth of tree exc 30cm and n.exc 100 cm complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling of stone slabs & tiles of any description or thickness in floor , aprons etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of bricks work or stone/boulder masonary , built in lime mortar includng all quoins , adressed stoone work and precast concrete concrete artiles complete all as specified and as directed

Excavating in trenches n. exc. 1.5 m. wide and n. exc. 1.5 m. in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pire holes, etc. n. exc. 10 sqm on plan and not exc. 1.5 m. in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed

Removing excavated soil to a distance exc 250m and not exc 500m deposited where directed to starting point complete all as specified and as directed
