Dismantling and taking down carefully defective/non fuctional LED street light fittings from its existing position and refixing the same after repairing/replacement of unserviceable spare parts including re-assembling and testing complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Spare parts/component of street light and other light fitting shall be measured and paid seprately under respective items No 08 & 09)

Supply and fix in replacement LED street light fittings 35 watt complete fitting having pressure dia cast aluminium housing with heat resistant toughened glass & IP 65 protection including connecting wire of length not less than 7.5 meter by 1.5 sqmm copper wire, three core PVC sheathed complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fix in replacement LED street light fittings 60/70 watt complete fitting having pressure dia cast aluminium housing with heat resistant toughened glass & IP 65 protection including connecting wire of length not less than 7.5 meter by 1.5 sqmm copper wire, three core PVC sheathed complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fix in replacement IP 65, dust and power jet proof street light Junction box made of high quality polycarbonate ( shock proof, rust free, corrosion free, acid and chemical resistant, fire ratardant, having high impact (IK 08) totally insulated (class II) made of helogen and silica free recyclable material UV resistant, having high grade gasket made of polyurethane with connector and locking arrangement and 2 numbers of M 40 size cable glands and one M32 size gland suitable upto 25 sqmm cable etc including one MCB SP 0.5 amps rating with suitable mounting clamps for steel tublar poles including taking down old junction boxes complete all specified and directed. Supply and fix in replacement LED driver sutable for 35 watt to 90 watt Led fittings including connection as directed by Eng-in-charge CROMPTON / PHILLIPS/C&S / HAVELLS.

Supply and fix in replacement LED driver sutable for 120/150 watt Led fittings including connection as directed by Eng-in-charge CROMPTON / PHILLIPS/C&S / HAVELLS.

M&L painting of LT steel tubular pole with one coat of aluminium paint including brackets and synthetic enamel painting of Air Force blue (0.75M above foundation) and 02 Nos alternate layer of red & yellow colour self adhesive reflectic tape of 100MM width & writing pole number on black background with white lettering after scraping /cleaning well the existing rusted surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L painting of LT octagonal pole bottom portion with two coat of Air Force blue (0.75M above foundation) over a coat of red oxide primer & 02 Nos alternate layer of red & yellow colour self adhesive reflectic tape of 100MM width & writing pole number on black background with white lettering after cleaning well the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in replacement 1.5 sqmm three core copper PVC insulated sheathed cable (Phase - Red, Neutral - Black, Earth - Green) drawing into inside the Pole /bracket of street light including making hole of 15 mm dia on bottom & top complete all as specified and directed.
