Fuel Pump Repair & Calibration – Removal and dismantling of fuel injection pump, cleaning and inspection of internal components, replacement/repair of defective parts, checking of delivery pressure, timing adjustment, calibration on test bench and refitting with proper fuel-line connections and leakage testing.

Complete vehicle servicing including engine oil-18 ltrs and Engine oil filter -01 no, Air filter checking/replacement, gearbox and differential oil checking, lubrication of all grease points, brake inspection, battery checking, electrical inspection, tightening of loose fittings, cleaning and general mechanical inspection of the vehicle and the job includes cost of painting and letter writing.

Injector Repair & Cleaning – Removal and dismantling of all injectors, pressure testing, nozzle inspection, ultrasonic/chemical cleaning, replacement of defective nozzle parts where required, calibration to specified pressure, leakage testing and refitting of injectors followed by engine performance checking.

Complete repair and overhauling of the vehicle engine including removal, dismantling, cleaning, inspection and reassembly. Work shall include checking of cylinder block and head, piston, piston rings, cylinder liners, connecting rods, crankshaft, main and connecting-rod bearings, valves, valve seats, timing mechanism, lubrication system and oil pump. Cylinder head shall be pressure tested and valve grinding/seat correction carried out wherever required. Necessary gasket set, seals, bearings and other approved repair items shall be replaced as per actual condition. Crankshaft shall be measured and polished/machined where required. After overhaul, the engine shall be reassembled with correct clearances, fitted back into the vehicle, connected to all systems, filled with specified engine oil and tested for oil pressure, leakage, smoke, abnormal noise, overheating, idling and overall performance. Final trial run and commissioning shall be carried out before handing over the vehicle.

Complete inspection, dismantling and overhauling of all four wheel assemblies of the vehicle, including removal and refitting of wheels, dismantling and inspection of front and rear brake assemblies, replacement of brake linings (F&R), brake shoes (F), wheel oil seals (F&R), worn-out/damaged wheel bearings (F&R) and other necessary allied components/spares. The job shall include cleaning, inspection, adjustment and proper reassembly of all components, testing of the braking system and wheel assemblies for satisfactory and safe operation. The rate shall be inclusive of all required materials, spares, consumables, skilled labour, tools & tackles, carriage, transportation and all applicable taxes/duties, complete in all respects

The job includes remove of one side of the damaged front windshield .Clean the frame, install a new glass panel by applying high quality sealant to ro make a complete leak proof fit with new rubber gasket. The job includes cost of material and labor charges.

Repairs to the truck by way of dismantling of the leaf spring assembly and replacement of damaged 02 nos. and 03rd main leaf springs, Centre bolt and U Bolt with nuts and washers, Spring eye bushes along with Shackle eye bushes, Shackle Pins, Rebound Clips and liners, Alignment and Straightening and tightening of the leaf spring assembly. The job includes cost of material, tools and tackles, skilled labour, carriage and all taxes as applicable. Complete job

Repairs to pneumatic brake system by dismounting the air brake boosters, dismantling them, checking & cleaning of parts then removing worn out/defective parts, P/F of air booster diaphragm, air booster piston, un-loader valve kit each – 02 nos., gaskets & bush set, testing of boosters on pressure machine, refitting the same to the vehicle. Job includes cost of material and labour charges & including all taxes. Complete job

P/F of spares / material in place of the defective / worn out parts by way of dismantling the rear axle and replacement of crown wheel and pinion – 01 set, pinion cut brg – 01 no., pinion brg – 02 no., spherical washer – 04 no., star wheel washer – 01 set, thrust washer – 02 no., crown wheel differential adjustment bolt – 01 no., axle brg – 02 no., axle joint – 02 no., differential oil – 12 ltr and adjustment of play.
