M&L for the following :- Material & Labour for complete removal of exisiting treatment finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade : Old Surfaces (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) over one coat of white wall care putty on wall roof projection facias, chajja etc all as per manufactures instructions (UPTO 4 STOREY) Note : 1. Steel scaffolding shall be erected all around the bldgs for the complete procedure. No jhulla is permitted. Roller shall be used for painting. (Quoted rate shall be inclusive of all the material, labour and steel scaffolding etc as mentioned above). 2. Primer, paint area coverage, time duration & procedure of application shall be as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specifed and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces incl brooming down with steel wire brushing removing silt, efflorescence etc and applying one coat of white wash on ceiling complete all as specifed and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for the following :- (i) Complete removal of existing treatment and applying distempering walls with two coats of washable distemper oil bound distemper on surfaces(white or tinted) over a coat of 1mm thick wall putty over one coat of alkali resistance primer as directed after washing/rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces as in preparatory work to give uniform and smooth finish all as specified.complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-Charge (UPTO 4 STOREY) Note : 1. Steel scaffolding shall be erected all around the bldgs for the complete procedure. No jhulla is permitted. Roller shall be used for painting. (Quoted rate shall be inclusive of all the material, labour and steel scaffolding etc as mentioned above). 2. Primer, paint area coverage, time duration & procedure of application shall be as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specifed and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick / stone / concrete walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc . (upto 4 storey) complete all as specifed and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L 15mm thick rendering in cement mortor 1:4 (mixed with liquid WPC) on brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without extra cement (upto 4 storey)complete all as specifed and as directed by Engr-in-Charge Note:- Liquid WPC shall be measured and paid separately

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound Make : Fosroc Conplast / Nitoband SBR/Pidilite

M&L 5mm thick rendering in cement mortor 1:3 on ceiling surfaces of brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without extra cement complete all as specifed and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L 15mm thick rendering in cement mortor 1:6 on walls surfaces of brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specifed and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade : New Surfaces (Two or more coat applied @1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) with like wall roof projection facias, chajja etc all as per manufactures instructions all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

M&L for applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of 2mm thick wall putty over one coat of alkali resistance primer , white or tinted on new wall surface including preparation of surface.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered and applying three coats of white wash on ceiling surfaces complete all as specifed and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for preparation of old wooden surfaces of wood based surfaces over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specifed and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint ( upto 4 storey)complete all as specifed and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down eaves gutter and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends swan-necks etc including cleaning or refixing or removal to store (measured overall as fixed along the center line over fittings and accessories) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from aluminium doors/windowscomplete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge

S&F powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 5.5mm thick tinted sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing fixed with aluminium beads and EPDM gasket in aluminium windows/Doors complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repairs double action floor spring hydraulically regulated made up of minimum 1.25 mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel cover, governing pivot made of brass, other parts made of mild steel heavy duty and fixed complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for providing rust proof /anti corrosive treatment and PMM to rusted bars :- (i) Removing plaster/concrete & finishes all around the existing bar. (ii) cleaning of all exposed bars alround. (ii) Apply a single coat of Alkaline rust converting primer on alround bars as recommended by the manufactuer (Make Sika/Fosroc/BASF) (iii) Apply two coats of Epoxy phenolic anti corrosive protective coat on bars alround new & old as recommended by the manufactuer. (Make Sika/Fosroc/BASF) (ii) Applying Epoxy bond coat on the sound substrate using approved spray machine & ensuring that no pin holes are visible.(In case pin holes are still visible after a coat, a second coat shall be applied to ensure absence of pin holes). (Make Sika/Fosroc/BASF) (iii) Immediately after application of epoxy bond coat as above apply PMM (Polymer modified cementitious mortar) of 25 mm thickness. (Make Sika/Fosroc/BASF) Note : Application of PMM shall be preferably be in coats of appx 10-15mm thickness. PMM work shall be executed in fairely rapid successions so as entire work is completed with in 30 mins). PMM shall be pre packed ready to use. Note : Anti corrosive treatment shall be continuous especially in the regions where pitting, imperfections, etc were present on the surface of the bars. It is important that the rear portions of the bars (those towards the concrete substrate) should not be left without coating.

M&L for 18 to 20mm Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) for wall lining (veneering to wall) incl 12mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Rounding to edges of stone slab one edge, such as steps, cooking platform and other similar situations and rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over and incl 20 mm thick cement screed base in CM (1:6) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L for Kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over and incl 10mm thick backing in CM (1:4) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided and removing old roof treatment APP and remove demolished material out of MOD land complete all as specified.

Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L for 50mm thick Plain cement concrete B-1 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for providing water proofing treatment in roof as under :- (i) Wire brushing & cleaning top surface after removal of mud pushka (ii) 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound when concrete is green as manufacturer instructions (WPC shall be measured separatley) (iii) One coat of bitumen primer confirming to IS-3384-1965 @ 0.5Kg/Sqm will be applied over the prepared surface. (iv) Hot blown grade 85/25 bitumen as per IS-702-1988 @ 1.2kg/sqm will be applied over primer. (v) A layer of APP based Polymeric water proofing membrane 3 mm thick (min) & weighing not less than 3kg/Sqm reinforced with polyster non woven mat 160GSM thick : membrane to be laid by torch application with side over lap of 75 mm & end lap of 100 mm : Joints / overlap to be sealed with torch application. (vi) A layer of semi hot blown grade 85/25 bitumen as per IS-702-1988 @ 1.2kg/sqm over APP membrane. (vii) Binding material such as sand in dry condition @ 0.5 kg/sqm shall be dusted over the bitumen. (viii) Ponding test.

M&L for applying two coats of aluminium paint over bitumen felt complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B-1,1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge

S&F 35mm thick factory made wooden moulded panel door shutter with masonite facing on both side of (two, three or four panel design as approved) made of solid core using machine filled rigid expanded polyurethane foam. The door facing plate shall be 3.2mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non - skid Ceramic joint free coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and incl 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Cutting chases, pinning in, making good to facings in brick walls where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 for concealed water tubing and making good, cutting not exc 10cm girth complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
