Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Cleaning of terrace including cleaning of outlet for rain water, chhajja and disposal of rubbish, malba out of compound etc. complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Repairs to wooden / aluminium doors, windows etc. including dismantling and refixing the same with screws, hinges, or by welding if required etc. doing all the operation complete as per direction of Engineer in charge. [Note: New Section, new hinges, fittings etc. if required will be paid for separately].
Carriage of materials like excavted earth, moorum, excavated rocks, building rubbish, malba, sludge etc. by mechanical transport to the dumping ground including loading, unloading, stacking, spreading and levelling etc. as per requirement within municiple limits complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.
Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (with bamboo) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia Bamboo 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical bamboo joining with Coconut Rassi, challies, Bamboo staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineerin-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.
Providing skilled labour for trade like plumbing / masonry / carpentry / works which are not covered and measurable in items of DSR [Note: contractor shall provide skilled labour of respective trade alonghwith necessary tools and plants].
Providing unskilled/casual labour, coolie / beldar for day to day maintainance work which are not covered and measurable in items of DSR.
Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.
Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Water proofing treatment on terrace with chemical traetment including cleaning of surface : (a) Filling the small cracks up to 10 mm in wall and roof with Dr Fixit Crack X range or equivalent (b) After drying the filled up area at least 8 to 10 hours apply Dr fixit Pidifin 2K (2 coats) or equivalent as per manufacturer specifications and direction of Engineer in charge.
