MW to Conservation of Tank, Kutagarshala, swastik monastery and votive stupa with complete flooring at Ashokan Column, Kolhua Muzaffarpur(Execution of Work))

Taking out damaged/ deteriorated & salted brick work from the ancient structure including resetting the same by use of ancient size brick and of1 lime:1 surkhi:1 sand mortar by using 60% new Ist class well burnt special size brick, size (30to35x25x5 to 6cm) including the cost of labor and materials, etc. complete ( Fine Brick paper joint to be followed as per ancient old clue available at site .

Provision for Recess pointing with 1: 2 lime Surkhi sand by using red oxide/black oxide including racking washing the joints as per direction of site in charge

Providing and laying Lime Concrete in 1:1:1:4(1 lime: 1surkhi: 1 coarse sand: 4 brick aggregate (Size ¾”) including material cost & labour charges etc. Complete in proper gradient

Provision for erection and dismantling scaffolding with bamboos, coir string and rope for taking out salt affected brick & resetting spl. size brick, racking, grouting & pointing of main stupa top floor, wall etc. conservation work including stacking the scaffolding material at proper place on the site with all complete.

Provision of making apron all around the western side votive stupa and attach to inner side tank wall to stop the water intrusion in foundation.

Provision for making temporary tank for slacking of lime with all complete.

Provision for disposal of rubbish material from the periphery of monument to 500 mtr distance outside of the protected area of the site with all complete.

Provision for scrapping/ cleaning and sand papering and preparing the blackish surface clean for pointing work on roof of main stupa & other votive stupa with all complete.

Provision for carriage of material by head load distance about 200 to 300 meters from material stacking place (Near entry gate to main stupa) to working place.
