Taking down and Dismantling of ceiling fan 1200mm/1400mm sweep of any make new/old model by opening the cover, separating down rod, rotor and stator assembly, locating the fault and making the fan fully in serviceable condition including replacing the defective worn out screws of the cover, split pin, oiling, and greasing etc. including repainting with synthetic enamel paint by spraying including filling cavities with filler, re-writing of MES No as of original size with stencil, including cleaning of the rating plate with the thinner and refixing and rehanging the same in existing position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Rewindng and parts such as bushings, bearings, condensers, ‘D’ clamps with nuts, quarter pin and rubber seal, down rod, PVC canopies, flexible wire & shaft etc shall be measured and paid for separately under the respective items here-in- after

GEYSERS

Taking down unserviceable Geyser including bushes, washers, mounting rubbers, nuts, bolts and clamp from existing place and re-fixing at same place after repair complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for opening of geyser in position for carry out minor repair such as loose connection testing of thermostat, heating element, tightening of screws, PVC connection etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Any item required in measured and replacement shall be paid for separately as under :-

Supply & fix in replacement high density polythene pipe (HDPE) connection arrangement with pipe of pressure rating 2.5kgf/cm2, 15mm bore 30cm to 45cm long with brass unions one ( Chromium plated) one on each side in reapir to Geysers 25 /50 litres Pipe shall be as per I.S complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
