Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not other specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles single layer on roof complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of mud phuska on roof slabs, any thickness including cleaning of roof surfaces and removing the debris upto the distance exc 1.00 Km but not n.exc 1. 5 Km complete all as specified and directed.

Scraping old tar from roof treatment over concrete padding of any thickness etc from roof including finishes or junction or parapet and cleaning the surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-I 20mm graded in roof kerb or mud slopes, rounded or chamfered on edges, plinth courses, coping, kneelers, apex stone, kerb water tough and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed) complete including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Heat Resistant Ceramic Terrace Tiles (300 mm x 300 mm x 10 mm) with SRI (solar refractive index) > 78, solar reflection > 0.70 and initial emittance > 0.75 on waterproof and sloped surface of terrace, laid on 20 mm thick cement sand mortar in the ratio of 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and grouting the joints with mix of white cement & marble powder in ratio of 1:1, complete, including providing skirting upto 150 mm height along the parapet walls in the same manner incl 10mm thick rendering as a backing coat in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) on roof padding with water proofing compound surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Rate of WPC shall be included in unit rate)

M&L for water proofing treatment to roof surface with APP polymeric based water proofing membrane 3mm thick & weighing not less than 3.5 Kg / Sqm of approved make black finish consisting of a central core of high molecular high density polyethylene film (HMHDPF) & reinforced with non woven polyester matt of min 160 gm/sqm with a thermo fusible finish laid over a coat of hot blown bitumen of 85/25 grade conforming to IS 702 @ 1.2 kg/sqm over a coat of an bitumen primer conforming to IS-3384 @0.4 Ltr/Sqm over prepared roof surfaces, forcing overlap with a propane or a butane gas torch with a overlap of 75mm at sides & 100mm at ends & sealing including applying a coat of cold emulsion bituminous primer complete as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note :- 1. Water proofing treatment shall be got carried out by the manufacturer or their authorised applicator only. 2. Bitumen primer, bitumen and membrane shall be of same make / manufacturer. (ii) The APP Membrane to be inserted in the parapet wall/wall by cutting chases of atleast 65mm X 50mm size& making good in CM 1:3.

Taking up or down 15mm bore steel tubing and connections incl cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 9 above, but 20mm bore.
