NOTE: APP modified water proofing membrane shall be of any one of the approved makes as specified here-in-after and shall conform to specifications given IS 16540-2017/ IS 16532-2017. Contractor shall produce necessary test certificate of the manufacturer to the Engineer-in-charge before incorporation in the work. Necessary independent tests shall also be carried out by the contractor without any extra cost to the Deptt as per relevant IS specifications and membranes with satisfactory test results shall only be incorporated in the work.

M&L for 12mm thick gypsum building board in false ceiling fixed with standard screws to existing grid frame work all as sper manufacturer's instructions all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in sub base for flooring finished even and fair all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured vitrified tiles, square or rectangular, light shade, 9 to 10mm thick, area of each tile not exc 0.36 Sqm, as in floors/ skirtings, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with colouring pigments to match the shade of the tile laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick, burried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to GI wire 4mm dia (7.5m long) by means of GI bolts nuts washers and GI wire protected by 15mm dia light grade GI pipe (7.5m long) and watering arrangements with 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade and GI funnel all as specified and shown in Electrical Plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part I including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, charcoal, dust salt, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 in chamber, 40mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B1 in cover slab with 8mm dia TMT bars at 100mm C/C both ways and with 8mm dia MS hook complete and testing all as specified and directed.
