Supply and Commissioning of Fully Electric Stacker based on following specification including Transportation, ESW 1555 – 3 Stage CVM electric stacker has a rated capacity of 1500 kg with a maximum fork height of 5500 mm, free lift of 1900 mm, overall height lowered of 2535 mm, and overall height raised of 6000 mm; capacity at maximum fork height is 980 kg. It is equipped with a 500 mm load backrest, 1.2 kW AC traction motor, and 3.0 kW DC series-wound high-speed pump motor, operating on a 24 V electrical system with a 219 Ah traction battery (battery size 750 × 170 × 570 mm) featuring battery compartment rollers, battery discharge indicator, and lift lock-out. Safety features include electro-magnetic brakes with FBS fail-safe braking system, emergency mushroom stop, anti-pinning protection button, key switch, and horn. The stacker has an operator platform, programmable MOSFET traction controller, fully welded steel chassis designed using Pro-E and validated by FEA, high-visibility 2-stage and 3-stage mast, fully integrated suspended drive unit with ACTS traction motor, gearbox, and drive wheel, polyurethane drive and load wheels, side castors for stability, and a centre-mounted full-function control handle. Supply and Placement of Pallet Racking System Rack Size 2700mm x 1000mm Depth x 6500mm Height and each Loading height of 1625mm of 4 Layers at a total height of 6500mm, including civil work i.e Drilling and Anchoring etc. (Transport and unloading inclusive). Rack Specifications as follows Racking system Should be Designed as per BS EN 15512:2009 design, EN 1993-1-3 and AISI (1996) for structural design, and BS EN 15620:20 for tolerances, using structural steel conforming to IS 5986:2002 and IS 2062:2006 with steel grades JIS G3101 SS490, EN 10025 S355JR, and DIN 17100 St 52, having a minimum guaranteed yield strength of 355 MPa and powder coating with an average dry film thickness of 35 microns. The upright is GXL 90 omega profile, 90 mm wide and 70 mm deep, with 10 bends, single-piece construction, 50 mm beam adjustability, 1.6 mm thickness, manufactured by roll forming with powder-coated/galvanized Sky Blue finish. The base plate is 200 × 110 mm, connected by grouting using 2 nos. M12×100 bolts and 2 nos. M8×15 fasteners, manufactured by welding and press forming, powder coated in Sky Blue (RAL 5015) with 3.15 mm thickness for base plate and 2.5 mm for top channel. Bracing is a 30 × 30 × 6 mm lipped channel, roll formed with 4 bends, bolted connectivity using 2 nos. M10×75/M10×80 fasteners, 1.4 mm thick, with galvanized finish. Beams (GBH type) use GB profile, 100 mm height and 50 mm width, 4-lip connectors, manufactured by roll forming and welding, with 10 bends, Z-shaped locking pins of 6 mm diameter, powder coated in Orange (RAL 2004) with 3.5 mm thickness at lip connector and 1.5 mm beam thickness. Supply of safety accessories for Racking system including upright guards for every picking aisle, row guards at cross aisles, and frame mesh cladding at the back of single rows located in the middle of the area, complete as per layout and safety requirements; upright guards of stiffened “C” profile, height 300 mm, energy absorption 800 Nm, connectivity by grouting, supplied with fasteners comprising 3 nos. M12 × 100 grouting bolts and 6 nos. M10 × 25 hex bolts, thickness 3.5 mm for front guard and 6 mm for bottom guard, surface finish powder coated in yellow colour (RAL 1006); row guards made of 60 mm square tube, height 300 mm, energy absorption 800 Nm, connectivity by grouting, supplied with 4 nos. M12 × 100 grouting bolts, thickness 3 mm, surface finish powder coated in yellow colour (RAL 1006); also including safety signage comprising safe working load boards and safety precaution boards made of printed foam board.

Supply of MS Tubular Pallet Powder Coated Blue Colour as per the below specifications Tubular pallet of size 1200 mm (W) × 1200 mm (D) × 160 mm (H) withstanding 1500Kg, manufactured from high-strength mild steel, featuring a top deck of 14 nos. square tubes of size 40 × 40 × 2 mm uniformly spaced for even load distribution, supported on three bottom runners fabricated from 50 × 50 ×2.5 mm square tubes to provide high load-bearing capacity and stability; the pallet is designed for heavy-duty industrial material handling, suitable for four-way forklift entry and racking applications, manufactured by welding, and finished with powder coating for corrosion resistance and extended service life.

Supply of Ratchet Belts (Reusable Pallet Belt) made of 100% virgin polypropylene, size 50 mm (2”) width × 5 m length, black colour, single buckle type with Velcro fastening, premium quality suitable for industrial load securing applications, having minimum lashing capacity of 2500 kg (LC) and minimum breaking strength of 5000 kg, waterproof, suitable for outdoor and industrial use, manufactured and tested in compliance with applicable International Standards.

Supply of Hand Pallet Truck with a load capacity of 3000 kg, featuring fork length of 1150 mm, fork width of 160 mm, outside fork spread of 550 mm, inside fork spread of 230 mm, maximum fork height of 200 mm, lift height of 115 mm, and lowered fork height of 85 mm. The pallet truck is equipped with nylon drive and load wheels, has a high-strength steel chassis, and is finished in yellow powder-coated paint for corrosion resistance. It is designed for manual handling of palletized loads in warehouses, factories, and logistics operations, with a robust hydraulic lifting system, ergonomic control handle, and maintenance-friendly design.

Supply and application of epoxy flooring of 3 mm thickness, suitable for industrial, warehouse, and commercial areas, covering 100Sq.m. The system shall consist of a primer coat, epoxy base coat, and topcoat, providing a smooth, seamless, and chemical-resistant surface. The flooring shall offer high mechanical strength, abrasion resistance, and long-term durability, with excellent adhesion to prepared concrete substrate.
