S & F Fe 410W (Gde E-250) quality A Rolled mild steel for 6mm thick mild steel Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, with riveted,bolted or welded attachment to bottom of GI pipe conforming to Fe-410W complete all as specified and directed. M & L two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or grith after preparation complete all as specified and directed. [Note: Total quantity: 653.00(Pt-I)+125.00(Pt-II)+56.00(Pt-III)= 834.00Sqm]

S & F Pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed. [Note: Total quantity: 685.00(Pt-I)+120.00(Pt-II)=805.00Sqm]

S & F Pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed. [Note: Total quantity: 175.00(Pt-I)+105.00(Pt-II)=280.00Sqm]

Demolition of brickwork built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillers, etc, but excluding ashlar facings dressed stone work and precast concrete articles in any position complete all as specified and directed. [Note: Total quantity: 7.00(Pt-I)+2.00(Pt-II)=9.00Cum]

M & L Plain cement concrete Type B0, 1:2:4 ,using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate for span, cills,lintel , steps; seismic and other similar bands,plinth courses, string courses,lacing courses, parapets and water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

M & L rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces on concrete roof surfaces in (1:4) cement plaster with Water Proofing Compound(WPC) complete all as specified and directed. [Note: Total quantity: 52.50(Pt-I)+395.00(Pt-II)=447.50Cum] WPC will be measured & paid separately.

(a)First coat of oil bound, bituminous primer @ 0.2 Kg/Sqm manufacturer by the agency as that of APP with density of 0.87-0.87Kg/litre at 25 degree celsius on the prepared cleaned dry roofing surface. (b)Second layer of 4.0mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane reinforced with non woven polyster mat on layer weighing >3.5 Kg/Sqm.

M & L applying 3 coats of white wash on newly plastered surface of wall complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 25 mm thick plain cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as levelling course complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc incl racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Removing plant/weeds from the roof tops/pipe lines and applying deweeding chemicals, removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M & L preparing cracked surface of concrete and applying any approved crack filler Decofill of FOSROC or similar in Sika, STP, Choksey as approved complete all as specified and directed. [Note: Work shall be executed as per manufacturer instruction]

Forming/filling the construction joint 30mm deep x 10 mm wide filled with pre formed bituminous filler and top 30 mm pimed and sealed with sealing compound grade A complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 15mm dia steel tubing and connections setting aside serviceable pipe for reuse and removing unserviceable pipe from site complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 20mm dia steel tubing and connections setting aside serviceable pipe for reuse and removing unserviceable pipe from site complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying of 16 mm outer dia CPVC pipes SDR 11 & plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ ceiling or laying in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down the water tanks exc 500 and n exc 1000 ,Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes etc and Refixing the same complete all as specified and directed.
