Demolition of Cement Concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and rubhish off from premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate and set in cement mortar 1:4 as in cover slabs (for manhole cover etc,) chajjas, shelves and similar articles with plain faces including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid seperately

M&L for precast cement concrete of type B0, 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) louvers and RCC jallies, 30mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings & frame set in cement mortar 1:4 including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F TMT Bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bend to shape required, including cranking spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment from concrete surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of any tint and including a coat of primer, surface of any description over 10 cm girth or width, not otherwise described complete all as sepecified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new untreated concrete surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of any tint and including a coat of primer, surface of any description over 10 cm girth or width, complete all as sepecified and directed.

Demolition of brick work/ stone masonry built in cement mortor of any description including all quions, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan not exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete type B-0 1:2:4 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed

M & L 75 mm thick cement concrete type B2 1:2:4 using (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in hard standing finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only 38 mm width of glass strips and 3 mm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base below floors and paving etc all specified and directed.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compa ction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. M & L for chequered cement concrete tiles with grey cement and pigment tiles 20 cm x 20 cm x 25 mm thick, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors and over and inclding 15 mm thick screed bedin cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster/terrazoo on brick / stone walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and rubish off from premises complete all as directed

M & L for Rendering cement plaster 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair face of brick work or concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of cement base paint on walls wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing finishes and treating with two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint (Apex ultima or equivalent) over a coat of primer over 3mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for rolled mild steel in framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting of other covering, doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel handing door fitttings (exclusive or steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging also fastening and fixing confirming to Fe-410 W (Gde-E-250) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, and removing the soil up to 50 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and direcrted

Restraining, resecuring including making good staples etc chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and direcrted

M&L for preparation of old surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of any tint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removal debris from existing drain of any description or any size and deposting where directed at a level n exc 1.5 mm beyond upto a distance 500 mtr complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundations, shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, laying pipe line, laying of cables or fixing poles and stays and struts etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling & mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning filling in incl spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layer n.exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50 m and depositing where directed at level n. exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section includign taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground

Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ
