Material and labour for Preparation of old decorated surfaces on ceiling. including brooming , scraping down. Smoke spot, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, grasy spots and stopping nails marks by applying white cement base putty in patches as required and one coat of white wash on ceilings complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall including washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces ,brooming , scraping down. Smoke spot, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, grasy spots and stopping nails marks by applying white cement base putty in patches as required and applying one coat of oil bound distemper all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatement & preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall manually using wire brush, sand paper etc. and applying two coats of oil bound distamper over a coat of wall care putty 3 mm thick (average) as per manufacturer's instruction on wall surfaces for smooth & finish complete.

M & L for preparation of old decorated surface of wall including brooming scrapping down, smoke spot, mass efflorescent, treding oil, greasy spots and stopping nail marks by applying white cement based putty in patches as required and applying two coats of exterior weather proof water base emulsion paint on wall all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old wooden based painted surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 5 above but one coat of synthetic enamel paint on steel surfaces.

Material and labour for Securing glass of any description in existing Metal frames glazed with putty/ beads including removing loose or decayed putty/ beads, painting/oiling one coat on rebates, grooves, reputtying and painting/oiling puttied surface to match existing work (New length of frame reputtied shall be measured) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 3 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in squares not exceeding 0.50 Sqm in each pane as in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

Notes:- The contractor shall quote the rates considering smart painting concept where applicable against relevant items for provn of the following tools and accessories :- (a) Scraping shall be carried by mechanical scrapper, "Hand held sander" as required at site and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (b) Mechanical mixture shall be applied / used for mixing purpose as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (c) Roller with pumping system shall be used for beetter finishes as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (d) Airless spray shall be used for spraying purpose with suitable device as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (e) Jet assembly with high pressure shall be used to clean dirt / dust as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
