Disconnecting of electric connection of motor, and Dismantling of motor and pump set from the foundation/base frame by cutting of foundation Nut bolts and of the suction and delivery side with the help of gas cutter and providing /fixing of blind flanges for stopping the water leakage and taking out the motor & pump set at floor lavel in the safe side in the pump house from the existing foundation with the help of HOT and heavy manual labour, as per site requirement and direction of Engineer Incharge.

Dismantling of the existing rusted & damaged MS base frame from the RCC foundation by Cutting the nut bolts with the gas cutter and taking out of the complete frame up to floor level. and Breaking of RCC with the help of power hammer for removing of loose & damaged foundation bolt from pockets in RCC foundation as required for fresh foundation. This includes removing of malba by manual labour from the dry sump well to outside of pump house as per site requirement and direction of Engineer Incharge.

Recasting of RCC foundation of size width 3 feet X Lenght 6 feet X Hight 0.9 feet for pump set no 2 & 3, in ratio 1:2:4 cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources). Work including making MS jaal of heavy soild MS bar for foundation size, as per site requirement and direction of Engineer Incharge.

Supply of Dunlop Metalastik Cushyfoot B, type anti vibration mount, matrial-Steel, capacity up to 1000 Kgs per mount of motor and pump set as required at site.

Supply of new SS of size 25 x 300 mm foundation bolt of size as per sample as per site requirement and direction of Engineer Incharge.

Fixing of the new Foundation bolt in pocket by proper welding with MS Jall of RCC with proper support and filling of CC in ratio 1:2:4 for grip of foundation bolt in CC structure and also making wet layer of cement in CC Structure for Proper mixing and required civil work with proper leveling. as per site requirement and direction of Engineer Incharge.

Making M.S. Base frame size as per actual site requirement, made out of M.S. Channel of size 150 x 75 x 5.7 mm with necessary vertical and horizontal supports and Fixing of new base frames on RCC foundation with foundation bolts. As per site requirement and direction of Engineer In-charge.

Replacement of the existing coupling with the new Tyre type coupling as per sample at site. The job also includes making of bores in the new coupling as per the actual dia of the pump & motor Shaft, as per site requirement and direction of Engineer Incharge.

Fixing of existing Motor including making electric connection and Pump set on foundation with the help of HOT and manual/heavy labour and making of proper alignment with suction and delivery line of existing system, fixing of delivery taper and other part with new nut bolts and packing etc as per required. The job also includes proper alignment on M S Frame, as per site requirement and direction of Engineer In-charge.

Supply of nut bolts & washer as per required for reinstallation of pump set and valve etc. (Payment will be done as per actual work at site).

High pressure packing, as per site requirement and direction of Engineer In-charge.

Painting work of all complete system as above installation by enamel paint of required shade & colour, as per site requirement and direction of Engineer In-charge.

Testing and commissioning of all the above at site at full Load and no Load with Vibration free smooth operation, as per site requirement and direction of Engineer In-charge. *Note :- The Non Clog Centrifugal Sewage Pump set will be provided by the department.
