Detailed Designing, Engineering, Procurement and Construction of Terminal Building, Fire Station, ATC Tower cum Technical Block, Residential Complex, E&M workshop, Medical Centre, DVOR Building, Pump house Building, Sub Station, Car Park, etc i/c all Civil works, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, HVAC, Airport System, IT , Furniture and Furnishing, landscape, Roads/ Pavements, drainage, STP and Ancillary works i/c Civil repair, maintenance and maintenance of Airport system and IT system complete for the period of 07 years including Defect Liability Period and warranty period; Operation & maintenance of Electrical Installations during Defect Liability Period (DLP) & after DLP for the period as specified in Special Conditions of Contract for E&M works for New Greenfield Airport, Holongi, Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh as per Master plan, Specifications, Codes & Practices contained in the Tender Document. The design of facilities shall confirm to standard specified by FAA,ICAO, DGCA, AAI, MORTH, IRC, NBC,CPWD,IS etc. wherever required and in conformity with ATM/CNS/IMD/BCAS regulations regarding permissible heights, locations requirements etc. i/c all other works covered under Scope of work and meeting all relevant statutory requirements complete as required.

Civil works as above i/c Civil repair and maintenance for the period of 7 years including the 2 year DLP. (Rates are inclusive of civil repair & Maintenance. No Extra Payment shall be made on account of civil repair and maintenance activities for the period of 7 years. However, 5.5 % of the quoted amount in this cost head will be withheld by withholding 5.5% in all running bills and the same shall be released over 5 years period of Civil repair and maintenance after DLP as per the breakup details given in Appendix XVII). Refer Clause 16 of Special Conditions of Contract( SCC).

Electrical & Mechanical (E&M) Installations. Refer Appendix-A of Special Conditions of Contract for E&M Works

Airport system which includes CCTV, FIDS,EPABX etc. with maintenance of four years after completion of 3 years warranty period. (Rates are inclusive of AS CAMC for four years after 3 years warranty period. No Extra Payment shall be made on account of AS CAMC for four years after 3 years warranty period. However, 19 % of the quoted amount in this cost head will be withheld by withholding 19% in all running bills and the same shall be released over 4 years period of CAMC after 3 years of warranty period as per the breakup details given in Appendix XVII)

IT networking, etc. with maintenance for 7 years including DLP. (Rates are inclusive of IT Operation & Maintenance. No Extra Payment shall be made on account of IT Operation and maintenance activities for the period of 7 years i/c DLP. However, 21.75 % of the quoted amount in this cost head will be withheld by withholding 21.75% in all running bills and the same shall be released over 7 years period of IT operation and maintenance as per the breakup details given in Appendix XVII).

PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE OF COMPLETE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM (ONE SHIFT) Periodical Preventive Maintenance of Electrical & Mechanical Installations as provided under the main contract and specified in the Special conditions of the contract involving repairs & maintenance & attending to complaints / faults/ breakdowns and taking rectification action, ensuring serviceability / satisfactory working condition of the systems, preventive maintenance, maintenance of records / documentations etc., as per the detailed specifications, terms & conditions covered under this contract.
