Supply and fixing sound proof panels of size 600 x 600 mm made out of 1.6 mm thick CRCA sheet of section 100 x 50 mm including insertion of 2 x 50 mm i.e. 100 mm thick rock wool (safe 'n' silent Pro 370) wrapped with polythene sheet and rock wool be supported with suitable size of cross wires alongwith RCC wall by maintaining air gap of 100 mm between RCC wall and sound proof panels. The panels shall be fixed with RCC wall using 6 mm thick cleat and 12mm / 8 mm bolts for fixing of panels with cleat as per the site requirement. The front side of panels shall be covered with 1.00 mm thick perforated steel sheet/Board and back side of panel towards RCC wall shall be covered with stainless steel wire mesh. External surfaces of front side panels shall be finished with approved quality of PU paint complete all as specified and directed. Note: 1. Sound proof panel shall be measured including frame and fixing arrangement. 2. Necessary drg for the item of work will be prepared by the contractor and approval will be obtained from GE prior to the execution of work and cost for preparation of drg shall be deemed to be included under quoted rate of item and nothing extra will be admissible on this account. 3. The materials shall comply with following technical parameters:- Noise absorption co-efficient at 50mm (NRC) shall comply with EN ISO 354/ASTM 423-01, Fire performance shall comply with EN 13501-1, melting point shall comply with ASTM E794, thermal conductivity 200 C λ value (W/mK) ASTM C518, Water absorption (partial immersion) shall comply with EN 1609.97, water vapor absorption shall comply with ASTM C 1104/C 1104M and thickness shall comply with EN-822. 4. Material & Labour for sound proof ceiling by providing Iso Float of 65 mm thickness with base panel of Cilia Magnesite Wood Fibre 50 mm compressed with Sound Deadning 4 mm membrane and 10 mm thickness Top layer teak wood tongue and groove wooden floor / laminated tongue and groove wooden floor with bedding as required polished melamine with matt finish of natural colour. Which give the Isolation as composite panel of Woodfibre for Airborne noise, impact noise and structure bone vibration of high density with Magnesite Bonded binder in dimension of 600x1200 mm of edge profile tongue and groove. Adhesive will also be applied in the tongue and groove at the base panel and as well as the top layer of wooden flooring as required with complete line and level as per manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing factory made fire proof, sound proof and bullet proof steel doors, 66mm thick, made of high tensile 1.5mm thick steel sheeting for shutters and 2.5 mm for frame, inclusive of asbestos free calcium silicate mineral panels of density not less than 280Kg/Cum to be designed for minimum 2 hours fire rating, sound proofing upto 47 dB, blast resistance upto 1 bar capable to withstand against 2.5 KPa overpressure and accidental impact of 5kg flying mass at 100m/second or 0.5Kg flying mass at 200m/Second including blast and impact resistant mineral panel backing of 24.5 mm thick complete all as per manufactureres instructions specified and as directed. Note: 1. Door shall comprise 3 point locking system and 3 point construction hinges with proper ball bearing to withstand 2.5 KPa pressure on the entire floor, including stainless steel handles of the door. Door shall be shop primed and painted with fire resistant paint of approved colour and finish complete all as specified, shown on drawing and directed by the engineer -in-charge. 2. Door shall comply the following requirements:- (a) Design institute of Fire and Security technology Code, Category B of DIN EN 1634-1 for fire resistance and smoke control. (b) Category 4 of DIN EN 12207 for air permeability, Category 8A of DIN EN 12208 for driving rain resistance opening to the outside with rain cover, category C5 of DIN EN 12210 for resistance agasint wind load. (c) Door shall be single leaf side hung or double leaf side hung door (with one active and one inactive leaf) depending upon the requirement of ground and size of door shall be measured including steel frame as shown on drawing. Material & labour for providing and fixing 65mm thick acoustical doors for the Observation and control room having chowkhat on all the four sides of size 125mmx79mm of 1st class Teakwood. The door is to be fabricated using 100mm x 74mm thick teakwood frame and 12mm MDF board veneer facing and finished with varnish on both side. The door will have insulation with one layer of 30mm th. 96 kg. Cum density rockwool with sound deadening membrane with 1 layer of high density 8 mm thick having density 1300 kg/m3 in one side. The rockwool should be supported with wooden batten of Kail wood frame work minimum 610mm X 610mm to avoid sagging complete all as per manufactureres instructions specified and as directed. The door will have hydraulic door closer, cross bar door handle and relevant hardware for fabrication and fixing. The door seal shall be of rubber Magnetic type and shall be provided all around of the door frame. The door is to be attached with door frame with door frame with brass metal hinges having adequate strength to avoid sagging all joints to be sealed with mastic sealant. Handles are to be provided on each leaf of the door. The doors on the auditorim side to be finished using non-light reflective media like carpet of dull laminate/ veneer complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed. (c) Door shall be single leaf side hung or double leaf side hung door depending upon the requirement of ground and size of door opening shall be measured for payment.

Material & labour for 5mm thick epoxy PU based anti skid flooring complete all as specified and directed and as per manufacturer's instruction consisting of following steps/stages:- (a) SURFACE CLEANING: Cleaning of surface free from dust, dirt, moisture & all foreign material from the floor. All floor is to be cleaned by means of scrubber. Acid itching and water wash is done if necessary then the floor is cleaned by using the solvent/ degreser/cleaner to remove all residue. For floor cleaning all mechanised equipments are to be used like scrubbers, sanders, hot blowers, vaccum cleaners, moisture test machine etc. (b) PRIMER: Providing and applying one coat of low viscous epoxy primer having a volumeteric ratio of mixing of resin and hardener in equal volumes to provide a DFT of around 200 microns. (c) SCREED: Providing and applying EPU (epoxy-polyurethene) based self levelling screed with polymer to aggregate ratio not exceeding 1:4 by trowel to the desired thickness of 2700 microns. The layer is de-aerated by spiker roller to dislodge air pockets. (d) PU FLOOR SELF LEVELLING DURACRETE: ESD Providing and applying PU based self levelling top coat to yield a thickness of 2000 microns and surface resistivity which will not exceed 109 ohms. M&L for 100mm thick Lightly Resin Bonded (LRB) rockwool mattress of density 150Kg per cu.m with hexagonal shaped stainless steel wire mesh cover on both sides of mattress laid over chimney surface for thermal insulation of chimney. The LRB mattress shall be covered on top with using 22 Gauge aluminium sheet and the chimney surface shall be applied with two coats of anti rust paint of approved make complete all as directed for height upto 10 m from F.F.L Note:- 1. Outer circumference of chimney shall be measured for payment purpose. 2. Necessary drg for the item of work will be prepared by the contractor and approval will be obtained from GE prior to the execution of work and cost for preparation of drg shall be deemed to be included under quoted rate of item and nothing extra will be admissible on this account. 3. M&L for 100mm thick Lightly Resin Bonded (LRB) rockwool mattress of density 150Kg per cu.m with hexagonal shaped stainless steel wire mesh cover on both sides of mattress laid over chimney surface for thermal insulation of chimney. The LRB mattress shall be covered on top with using 22 Gauge aluminium sheet and the chimney surface shall be applied with two coats of anti rust paint of approved make complete all as directed for height above 10m but upto 20 m from F.F.L Note:- 1. S&F of Rolled mild steel sections conforming to Fe 410-0 (Gde E250) Quality B as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates as in cantilever for working platform at a height upto 8m from FFL including necessary drilling, notching and welding as required and complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of rolled mild steel angle or tubular sections for framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forget into spikes; as in ladders, framed balusters; walk ways; railings; and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 including necessary drilling, notching and welding as required and complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of Plates (plain or chequered) Square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment conforming to Fe 410-0 (Gde E250) Quality B including necessary drilling and welding as required and complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Drilling holes of dia n exe 20mm into RCC walls using power drill machine upto a depth n exe 20 cm for embedding 16mm dia mild steel bolts and making good with using grouting mix of polyester resin complete for anchoring of cantilever beam with RCC wall, complete all as specified and directed.. Note: wt of bolts and nuts shall be mesaured separately. Make of chemical : Fosroc (Lokfix)/ equivalent make of SIKA

Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) of dia 16mm with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exe 15 cm but n exe 22.5 cm,complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth , complete all as specified and directed.
