S&F Gl frame work Size of grid 605 x 605mm for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre and Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia, 40mm long complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and fixing Plaster of Paris finished Gypsum board ceiling of 12mm thickness to flat surface over metal frame work and including reinforced with GI wire mesh or as per standard trade practice complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Metal frame work only will be measured separately all as given in the Sr Item No. 1)

M&L for preparation of new gypsum board ceiling surfaces & applying two coat of OBD over a coat of alkali resistant primer over Plaster of Paris putty of 2 mm thickness on ceiling surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing unserviceable point wiring of any description/type/ size of light/ fan/tube/power/two way/bell point etc on TW batten/conduit including removal of batten / conduit / gutties / wooden boards / switches / sockets / regulators/ light fittings etc and removal of unserviceable material out of site and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall/ceiling so as to match with the existing finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Point wiring on concealed conduit with 1.5 Sq mm FRLS copper conductor single core PVC insulated sheathed 1100 V multistranded drawn through conduit and conduit accessories of suitable dia medium grade and modular accessories including fixing/grouting sunken/ surface along with modular flush box of suitable thickness covered with suitable modular cover plate including running up of 1.5 Sq mm FRLS copper conductor PVC insulated cable as earth continuity conductor along with wiring and connecting to the common earth dolly for fixing the switches/ sockets/ regulators etc., complete all as specified and as directed for : (a) One light/fan/Bell point controlled by one, one way switch 5A, SP NOTE: Rate of Modular Flush box and Cover plate are inclusive of rate quoted by the contractor

All as per Sl item No 5 above, but One 2/3 pin 5 Amps switch socket outlet point controlled by one switch on the same board complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix socket outlet modular type multipurpose 2/3 Pin, 10 amps, 230 volts combined 2 Module complete all as specified & directed

S & F Modular ceiling fan regulator stepped type heavy duty suitable to work on 230 volts, 2 Module complete all as specified & directed

S & F ceiling rose three terminal surface bakelite type AC 50 Hz 230 Volts of size 65 x 50 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing LED luminaire 600 mm x 600 mm, 35/36 watt, 220 V AC recessed type with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light complete with driver, holders & LED lamp suitable for roof ceiling including connecting up with driver three core flexible copper conductor cases of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing round shape 12 Watt 220 Volts AC recessed type with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light complete with drivers, holders, LED lamp suitable for roof ceiling including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting the Electrical connection, removing the copper line, discharge line of Split AC 1.5/2.0 Ton capacity including indoor and outdoor units and all accessories and shifting/re-installing and testing the whole unit of Split AC in new location and checking the leakage of Split type 1.5/2.0 Ton AC with the help of N2 Gas and after defecting and repairing the leakage, charge the suitable refrigerant upto required level as specified in suitable size and length of copper pipe and making the holes in wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting and removing ceiling/exhaust/wall fan of any capacity any height from electrical connection bringing down, dismantling, cleaning internally and externally thoroughly examine replacement of split pins, cotter pins and check nuts etc overhauling, lubricating with approved lubricants, reassembling, including replacement of worn out/defective parts, refixing in original position including minor repairs for the smooth functioning and provision of new flexible wire of size 23/0.0076 multistranded copper conductor cable from ceiling rose to fan complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- (1) Necessary repairs/ replacement of unserviceable parts shall be measured and paid separately as supply & fix. (2) Labour element for replacing of unserviceable parts deemed to be included in rate quoted.

Material and labour for rewinding of the ceiling/exhaust fan complete with equivalent new super enamelled copper wire of existing gauge and weight as per manufacturer's design and instructions including varnishing of ceiling fan of any make and any sweep complete all as specified and directed including taking out burnt copper wire complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Old winding material is property of the contractor

Supply & Fix in repair of Ball bearing/Brass bush of Ceiling/Exhaust Fan upto 300mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix in repair of Capacitor of Ceiling Exhaust Fan upto 300mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Mild steel rod for ceiling fans of 3ft long duly screwed threads with check nuts & pin for ceiling fan complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Painting of ceiling fans 48”/56” size complete at site, with super synthetic enamel paint by spraying including filling cavities with filler, one coat after cleaning all dust etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix Rigid non-metallic PVC conduit 40mmexclusive of boxes (junction/terminal) but inclusive of all tees, bends, elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fixing rigid PVC Casing & Capping of 40mm wide complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully by unscrewing from boards/outlets boxes, fittings and fixtures such as switches, sockets, ceiling roses, lamp holders, brackets, ceiling fittings, bulk head fittings, tube light fittings and regulator, etc., for reuse at site after making existing good disturbed surfaces including wall paneling complete all as specified and as directed.
