Disconnecting existing incoming and outgoing cables from existing old / unsv LT FP/Panel after taking proper power shut down and exercising all safety precautions for human safety, removing the old / unsv LT FP / Panel complete with its accessories and setting aside at safe place for further disposal including necessary earthwork & PCC demolition complete all as specified and directed.

S & F against Item No. 1 above in replacement outer shell of LT Feeder Pillar Panel of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet with epoxy powder coating of RAL 7035 (Siemens Gray) shade with matt finish including doors, hinges and fabrication, cutting, welding, supports, clamps, cable glands etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : (a) Fixing of its accessories against item No. 1 i.e. MCCBs, Busbars, Indicators, control wiring etc shall be measured and paid separately. (b) Size and design of item shall be executed as per site requirement and also approved by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in replacement neoprane rubber gaskets of LT Feeder Piller/Panel of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement aluminium busbrs electrolytic grade, Current rating and KA rating as per site requirement and interconnected links shall be insulated with heat shrinkable PVC sleeve with RYB & black colour coding. The bus bars shall be supported on unbreakable, non-hygroscopic SMC insulated supports at sufficiently close intervals to prevent busbars sag and shall be housed in a dedicated compartment. The size and thickness of busbars shall be as per sample including drilling, cutting and suitable size of galvanised or cadmium plated high tensile nuts, bolts and washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement control wiring of 1.5 Sqmm single core stranded FRLS copper conductor insulated with heat shrinkable PVC sleeve tagged and secured for indicators / meters including suitable size of copper lugs, PVC cable ducts, galvanised or cadmium plated high tensile nuts, bolts and washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement busbar panel weather proof outdoor type single door, CPRI approved fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet with epoxy powder coating of RAL-7035 ( Siemens Gray) shade with matt finish with seven tank pre treatment process. The Panel shall be compartmentized design totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof, conforming to degree of protection IP-55, Gaskets between all adjacent units and beneath all covers shall be provided to render the joints dust proof. All doors and covers shall be provided with cylindrical panel locks and shall be fully gasketed with neoprene rubber and shall be lockable. The panel shall be provided with aluminium bus bars, shall not be less than 400mmX50mmX10mm( L x W x thickness) electrolytic grade of adequate rating including required size of nut bolts for fixing of cables upto 240 Sqmm. The bus bars and Interconnecting links shall be insulated with heat shrinkable PVC sleeve with RYB & black colour coding and fix horizontally.
