Taking down 30mm thick (Aprrox) PCC concrete padding on top of roof slab including taking down existing plaster work, water proofing treatment by chiseling the existing bituminous sand surface, cleaning the surface by removing bituminous coating and disposing off the rubbish materials to a distance not exceeding 50m metres complete all as directed.

Cutting out cracks to 'V' section in existing roof or terraces, cleaning out, wetting grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 mixed with integral water proofing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 including shaping grooves for tucking in edges of felt, etc., and finishing the surface even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone walls etc including tacking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down and washing with water and disposing off the rubbish materials in low lying areas of defence land complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for providing cement concrete 30mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (12.5mm graded agg) as in padding on roofs slab to receive water proofing treatement, laid to required slope, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for rendering 10mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufacturing instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid saperately under respective item of work.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

Material & Labour for cleaning of roof surfaces and applying a coat of oil base bituminous primer @ 0.30 lit per sqm including laying of APP based polymeric membrane weighing not less than 3.00 kg/ Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (wt,not less than 150gms/sq. m) land on primed surface by tension application and finishing the top surface by applying two coat of aluminium paint @ 0.1kg/sqm on each coat complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for rendering 15mm thick on plaster in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement after taking down old cement plaster complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B1(20mm graded agg) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exceeding 250 litres & not exceeding 500 Litres, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position including cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc., from tanks and from mouth of circulating pipes etc complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exceeding 500 litres & not exceeding 1000 Litres, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position including cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc., from tanks and from mouth of circulating pipes etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 15mm steel tubing and connection, including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 20mm steel tubing and connection, including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

Re-fixing 15mm bore tubes, 'medium grade' galvanised, with all fitting any grade, in new or old positon (Walls,ceiling floors, etc.) obtained against item No. 13 here in before complete all as specified & directed.

Re-fixing 20mm bore tubes, 'medium grade' galvanised, with all fitting any grade, in new or old positon (Walls,ceiling floors, etc.) obtained against item No. 14 here in before complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing 15mm bore tubes, 'medium grade' galvanised, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing 20mm bore tubes, 'medium grade' galvanised, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for grouting in roof/ floor sunken slab through injection nipples including drilling injection points to a depth not exceeding 75 mm using non shrink epoxy grout manufactured by M/s Pidilite, M/s Fosroc, M/S MC Bauchemie to fill up all capillary’s voids, honey combing areas inside concrete substrata. Grouting shall be done with pressure 2-4 kg/ Sqcm and continued till refusal, after grouting nozzles to be sealed with the sealing compound/mortar etc, all as per manufacturers instructions and as directed. Note: (i) Epoxy compound to be mixed with cement as per manufacturer instructions. (ii) The grouting process to be carried through authorised agent of manufacturer and contractor has to obtain prior approval of authorised agent from GE before grouting.

Cutting chases, pinning in brick walls, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc., and making good, cutting not exc 10 cm girth complete all as specified and directed..

Supply and fix in repairs 500ltr capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) three layer rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I complete including taking down old tank all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in- Charge.

Material & labour for 20mm dia ball brass valves, high pressure, with polyethylene float and fly nut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for three coats of white wash on walls, pillasters, cornices, etc., on newly plastered walls including preparation of surfaces all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for two coats of cement base paint on walls, pillasters, cornices, etc., on newly plastered walls over a coat of alkali resistant primer including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for two coats waterproof paint on exposed surfaces of brick work/ concrete/ rendered surfaces as in terrace/ roof including necessary preparation of surfaces as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- (i) The amount against Schedule of Credit mentioned in tender document shall be deducted from the total amount quoted against Sch 'A' while deriving the Contarct Sum for Acceptance.
