Provision for in-situ pre conservation documentation including Condition Mapping and making of hand sketch s and Auto CAD drawings of all sculptures mouldings carvings including Architectural and structural members of Shiva Temple, including preparing plans, sections, elevations, sketches/drawings of fallen stones, detailed photography, etc. complete

Provision for erection and dismantling of tubular scaffoldings required for documentation and execution of work. Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge

Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 200 meters lead as per direction

Provision for providing of stone masonry work random rubble stone of average size in lime mortar ratio in 1:1:1 (one unslaked lime, one surkhi first class, one corse sand) including all material, labour, T&P etc

Provision for taking out of damaged sand stone slab floor from the pathway and apron near tank including supply of all materials, labours and T&P etc

Provision for fixing the sand stone flooring by using 100mm new stones duly smooth dressed and with fine joints as per original including pointing with lime mortar in ratio 1:1:1 (one lime unslaked, one surkhi 1st class, one course sand) including supply of all materials, labours and T&P etc.

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 meter open able length ( total length 90 m), having 50 nos. rounds per 6 meter length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron 'Y' shaped placed 2.4 m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied etc

Taking out core/under layers from below floor and foundation of steps of stepwell very carefully including numbering of stones, detailed documentation and stacking in stack yard manually with an additional lead up to 200 m

Removal of filled material from below floor and foundation of steps of stepwell including stacking the same for investigation and disposal with in a lead of 200 m.

Foundation filling and stabilization with lime sand and red soil including ramming, curing and compacting etc.

Resetting sand stone masonry for steps of stepwell by using original stones and minimum new stones duly fine dressed, molded and carved as per original, including clamping with S.S. clamps, minor repairing and joining old stones with lime mortar and epoxy resins curing etc

Provision for Disposal of dirty water from tank with the help of u/s labour & tools machine etc.

Provision for removal of silt from tank including supply of all material T&P etc complete

Provision for Providing and Fixing of lighting arrestor for main temple with all fitting & fixtures including all material, labour, T&P etc

Provision for Providing and Fixing of C.N.B. bilingual made of sand stone matching to the monument as per approved design with fine chisel dressed on all exposed surface ends, making moulding design, border line including cutting the grooves and fixed in position with appropriate mortar including engraving work on stone as per approved text given by the office and making inking, fixing in position on ground with excavation and base concrete etc., complete

Provision for Providing and Fixing of D.N.B. bilingual made of sand stone matching to the monument as per approved design with fine chisel dressed on all exposed surface ends, making moulding design, border line including cutting the grooves and fixed in position with appropriate mortar including engraving work on stone as per approved text given by the office and making inking, fixing in position on ground with excavation and base concrete etc., complete

Demolishing brick work of old store & drinking water shed manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 200 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer

Provision for Aslar stone masonry work with fine dressing and chiseling the sand stone and minor moulding in plate form mandappa and including clamping with S.S. clamps and lead and including 5% lime mortar of 1:1:1 (Lime, Surkhi, Sand) and adhesive including all material labor T&P etc. complete work

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for :Columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts and struts

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement :1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Provision for 12 mm cement plaster of mix: 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete

Provision for providing and laying mechanical mix plain cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 Coarse Sand : 6 Stone Aggregate 40mm nominal size) with crushed stone aggregate excluding cost of centering and shuttering with 40mm nominal size graded aggregates m -7.5 in foundation and plinth

25 mm thick KOTA stone slab flooring over 20mm (Average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including grinding rubbing and polishing etc. complete (Area of slab to be over 0.20 sqm and upto 0.50 sqm)

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles with double charge/ multi charge printing with water absorption less than 0.5% and conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in all colours and shades and size mentioned below (+/- 10mm), laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames wrought framed and fixed in position

Provision for purchase and installation at site of readymade dustbins of Red sand stone of cylindrical shape in single block having top molding and depression as per design on extra surface fully open top outer top dia 580mm and height 750mm of required shape and design

Provision for providing of sitting benches etc(providing and fixing of red sand stone benches having 4legs of size 0.26 x 0.26 x 0.45 m with simple molding and 8cm thick red sand stone top size 1.50 x 0.60m as per design and matching to the existing pattern at the site etc.
