M&L for PCC 1:2:4 Type B0 using 12.5 mm graded aggregate with 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions water proofing as in levelling course, haunching, coping and similar works over RCC roof surface and RCC over head tank top surface including rounded or chamferred on edges and formwork etc all as specified and directed. Note: Water proofing compound will be measured & paid seperately.

M&L for 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:3) using water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed BY Engr-in-charge ( Note : water proofing compound will be measured and paid seperately)

Supply and Application of 5 Layer SHR Waterproofing Coating System on leaking concrete surface by thorough surface preparation followed by one absorption coat of Thermacool WP 51, nano-tech modified, UV resistant elastomeric clear coat having min. 50% solids, then overcoating with 2 Coats of Thermacool WP51+Cement mixture as waterproofing coat having +450% Elongation, Tensile Strength min. 2.2 MPa and then top-coated with 2 Coats of Thermacool 0.3 C pure acrylic based , UV resistant, non-yellowing, bio-organism resistant (anti-fungal, anti-bacterial) Solar IR Heat Reflective coating conforming to BIS STD IS 17218:2019 with Pull off Adhesion 2.8 Mpa, passes 2000 hrs accelerated durability test, suitable for all types of cementitious surfaces, white colour, matt, surface coverage 3.25 sqm/Ltr/2 coat, DFT 100-120 microns using brush, roller, airless spray gun as applicable. The product should have been tested at IIT or NABL Approved Lab and application is to be done by Thermacool approved applicator only.

M&L for 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 mixed with 80ml per kg of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions of polymeric liquid water proofing additive over Non woven Geo textile layer to ensure no puncture of roof treatment surfaces etc as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note : Supply of polymeric based liqluid water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately)

Supply only polymer based lilquid water proofing compound.

M&L for making the grooves to 'V' section in existing parapet walls/columns over RCC roofs, cleaning out and tacked the polymeric membrane in to the grooves and sealed solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand in the ratio of 1:1 by weight etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type C-2,1:3:6 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in plinth protection finishes and fair without using extra cement including forming 12 mm thick expansion joint filled with sealing compound Grade 'A' etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L providing cement concrete type B0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) 25 mm thick as in flooring finshes the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for Non-skid ceramic tiles (Coloured) 7 to 8mm thick rectangular area of each tiles exc 0.18 sqm n exc 0.36 sqm in floors etc,.set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 laying floor finishesed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 300x200mmx7mm thick in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado and risers to steps and including over 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces as in backing coat for tiles. etc, all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20 to 25mm machine cut pre polished kota stone slab for steps in single piece with round nosing with three numbers of serration as in treads of steps for staircase laid over cement screed bed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of of the slab including rubbing and including over 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 20 to 25mm machine cut pre polished kota stone slab as in riser of steps, skirting, window cills,dado and pillar in single piece, laid over cement mortar backing coat jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and including over 15 mm thick Rendering in CM1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortor 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for brick work with sub-class 'B' bricks, straight, or curved on plan to any radius as in half brick thick wall in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick walls or concrete surfaces and finishing the surfaces even and smooth with sagol finish complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of ceiling brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and thereafter applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparing new or previously untreated wood and wood based surface of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not other wise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for for preparation of old wooden surfaces of any description or not other wise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed.

S&F aluminium section in doors/windows/ventilators ,any type, powder coated in approved colour (Thickness of powder coating not less than 50 micron), aluminium section (medium weight of series 'B') or section as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, cut to size, jointed together with cadmium plated steel screws including rubber beading or gasket for aluminium sections for fixing glass/XPM jali and all necessary fittings complete, screws, plugs for fixing screws, etc all as specified and directed (Make : JINDAL/HINDALCO) Notes : (i) Weight of aluminium sections shall only be measured. (ii) The supply only rate of bakelite sheet glass pane,wire mesh and rubber beading or gasket will be measured separately.

S&F only 4mm thick figured glass/pin headed type ordinary quality fixed in aluminium ventilator n exc 0.50 Sqm each pane all as specified & as directed by EIC.

S&F aluminum anodised grill DG- 202 ( 10 mm x 7.5mm ) of Deco grill or equivalent fixed with 'F' section size not less than 20.60 x 15.20 x 1.5mm thick of approved make all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Make shall be of M/s Decogrille of M/s Associated Groups or equivalent as approved by the GE. (ii) Minimum thickness of anodizing shall be 15 microns.

Note : 1) Hard concrete shall not be removed by force

M&L for cleaning existing reinforcement with wire/ rotary wire brush to a shining bright finish, making the surfaces free from loose material, dirt etc complete and applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer conforming to ASTM-B-117 on rebars with time interval of 1 hour between the coats, complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Mode of measurement: superficial area of concrete will be measured.)

M&L for carry out application of ‘Bi-polar migratory corrosion inhibitor' on RCC surfaces, complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Mode of measurement: superficial area of concrete will be measured.)

M&L for Anticorrosive Treatment to Reinforcement using application on exposed reinforcement in two coats with time interval of minimum 4 hours between each coat. The application shall be done by brush after cleaning/wire brushing to the exposed steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed . Note :- Mode of measurement: superficial area of concrete will be measured.

M&L for Epoxy bond coat as approved by GE over exposed concrete surfaces prior to application of any type of mortar / concrete to ensure bond between old concrete & new concrete/ new mortar by brush application, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing Polymer Bonding Agent as approved by the GE followed by flexible polymer based putty ( 1cement: 1.2 finesand :20% polymer by weight of cement : water as required ) on cracks after cutting the cracks to a 'V' shaped groove upto 10 mm wide and 10 mm deep in structural RCC members , finished with spatula etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for casting & repairing of excessively damaged distressedRCC members (exceeding 40mm in thikness) with prebatched, prepacked, single component ready to use microconcrete , as approved by GE, at any level/ height and at any lead or lift as directed including prefabricated water tight formwork, centering, scaffolding, also including mixing , laying, levelling, finishing, curing etc as per manufacturer's specifications and all other relevant works, complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Reinforcement only shall be measured and paid separately).

M&L for building up the profile of structural members using polymer modified mortar while the bonding agent is still tacking upto 20mm thickness, including levelling, profiling etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel work of Angles, bars, flats etc., as in supports for stiffening of fencing, wall ties, mild steel frame work for bird proofing fixing of XPM jalli, (Beam, Angle, Channel, Plates or flat section etc), distance pieces, cleats, bracing, etc, of grade E-250, Fe-410W, quality 'B' including welding, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for post construction anti- termite traetment along the external wall below concreate or masonary apron using chemical emulsion @2.25 liters per linear meter including drilling and plugging holes with cement morter 1:2 to match the existng floor etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for post construction anti- termite of soil / concreate under existing floor along the floor and wall junction using chemical emulsion @ 1 liters per hole 300 mm apart including drilling and plugging 12 mm dia holes with cement morter 1:2 to match the existing floor etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for post construction anti - termit treatment at points of contract of wwod work using chemical emulision (in oil or kerosin based solution ) @ 0.5 liters per holy by drilling 6 mm dia holes at a down ward angles of 45 degree at 150 mm centere to center and sealing the same with white cement and making good to the existing surfaces etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for special treatment for sunken portion of WCs/ Bath & toilet executed in following stages:- Stage 1 :- Demolition of WC including lime concrete and cement concrete coba etc and preparing the surfaces of existing sunken portion of WCs or bath etc with wire brush to remove all loose dirt, oil grease etc including removing debris outside MD land etc Complete. Stage 2:- Providing 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:3 mixed with integral water proofing chemical of Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP or plaster seal of STP Ltd in the proportion/quantity all as per Manufacture's instructions. Stage 3:- Apply Dr Fixit Primeseal primer or Equivalent of STP Ltd (and allow to dry for 8 hours) all as per Manufacture's instructions. Stage 4:- Apply two coats of water proofing elastomeric coating system of Dr Fixit Raincoats with DFT 100 Micron or shalicry 215 of STP (The surface after painting one coats shall be allowed to dry of 6 hours before next coats) all as per Manufacturer's instructions. Stage 5:- Rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 mixed with Integral water proofing chemical Dr Fixit Pidicrete URP or plaster seal of STP Ltd all as per Manufacture's instructions. Stage 6. All CI joints shall filled with mixture of cement fine sand and plaster seal of STP Ltd or Dr Fixit pidicrete URP all as per Manufacture's instruction. Stage 7:- Making holes in wall and fixing 600mm long 40mm dia medium grade GI spout for draining the surplus water if any Stage 8:- Carry out ponding test for 48 hours to ensure water tightness of repaired sunken portion.water tightness of repaired sunken portion and filling of sunken portion for cement concrete Type E2 1:5:10 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in lean concrete complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) Only plan area shall be measured and accorded for payment under this item. (b) Depth of sunken portion of WC's/Baths shall be upto 35cm, which is to be taken into account while quoting the rate against this item. (c) Rate quoted by Contractor shall be deemed to be included for all the horizontal and verticale treated surfaces of sunken portions of WC & Bath.

Taking down carefully unserviceable point wiring of any type & pattern (Light/Fan/Socket or power) including unserviceable fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fittings of any type etc and making good disturbed surfaces of walls/ roof etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down complete main switches/DBs with enclosure and its components of any size and capacity ,etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for point wiring complete with proper colour coding using, 1100 Volts grade, 1.5 Sqmm, PVC insulated FRLS, unsheathed wire with multi stranded copper conductor confirming to IS-694, Part II, ISI marked drawn in and including PVC conduit (minimum 20mm dia) concealed in wall etc (also including cutting chiseling in wall and making good the same in CM 1:3 to match with the adjoining surfaces) with all accessories, fittings, PVC junction boxes etc, also including 1.5 Sqmm, PVC insulated, FRLS, unsheathed, 1100 Volts multistranded copper conductor green colour as continuous earth wire connected to common earth dolly all as specified and directed for one light point /fan/bell point controlled by one one way switch, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Modular flush box and inner/outer plates measured and paid separately.
