S/R to Fire Station building at Chadeidhara for the year 2025-26

Earth work in excavation in cutting in hard soil including hard moorum, stony earth mixed with boulders with all leads & lifts including dressing and leveling the bed and depositing the excavated earth at places away from work site with all leads & lifts including cost of all labour, cess & T&P and dewatering if required for the work etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete of proportion (1:2:4) using 12mm size hard granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete and compacting in layers not exceeding 15cm thick with proper packing and ramming each layer of concrete by means of vibrator including watering and curing etc.complete including cost, conveyance, royalty taxes of all the materials required for the work with all labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Vitrified tiles in floors, treads of steps and landing on 20mm th bed of cement mortar (1:4) (1 cement:4 sand) joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles including rubbing, polishing including cost of tiles, conveyance, taxes & labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Finishing surface of walls with cement based wall putty (Water based) of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost of scaffolding, staging charges with cost of all materials taxes, labour T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Wall priming one coat with approved primer with brush to wall surface after cleaning the surface including cost, conveyance, taxes of all the materials required for the work with all labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Distempering two coats with approved shade, over a coat of priming with cost, conveyance, taxes of all the materials required for the work and labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint (Weather coat) of approved shade on new work two coats, over a coat of priming, to give an even shade with cost, conveyance, taxes of all the materials required for the work and labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
