Brick work in cement motor 1:5 mix(one cement and five sand) using 2nd class country brick of size 83/4"x41/4"x23/4" including curing finishing and cost and conveyance of materials and labour charge etc complete as per std specification.

Reinforced Cement concrete of mix 1:1 ½ :3 ( One cement, one and half sand and three aggregate ) using hard broken granite stone jelly of foundation’s sands, beams and columns etc. (excluding the Costco providing constricting and steel fabrication for reinforcements) including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Plastering Cemend mortor 1:3 mix (one cement and three sand) 10mm thick including cost and conveyanace of materials and labour charge etc completed as per std specification.

Plastering Cemend mortor 1:5 mix (one cement and five sand) 12mm thick including cost and conveyanace of materials and labour charge etc completed as per std specification.

Supplying and fixing over the floors best quality of Verified tiles of 600 mm x 600 mm x 6mm size of approved colour laying with cement mortor 1:2 mix pointing the joints with colour pigments etc. Complete.

Finishing the Roof top with cm 1:3, 20mm thick etc., complete.

Painting two coats with approved quality of Emulsion paint over the plastered surface including curing cost and convence of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification.

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm. (22 / 0.3 ) PVC insulated single core unsheathed copper conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable heavy gauge MS conduit pipe on wall and ceiling with MS accessories with 150mm x 100mm x 75mm MS switch box for 5A 3 pin non interlocking flush type CS plug wfth painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for open plug point

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm. (22 / 0.3 ) PVC insulated single core unsheathed copper conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories and with TW switch box and 5A FT switch with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for open PVC light point / fan point (for electronic regulator)

Supply and Fixing of 20W 4 Feet LED Fitting with LED including all labour charges etc complete
