Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring along with earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required.

a) 4 X 16 sq. mm + 2 X 6 sq. mm earth wire

Fabrication, Erection, Testing & Commissioning of indoor type, floor mounted, Feeder box 200 amps, 415 volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase non-extendable type, double side door opening with locking arrangement. The Feeder box shall be made up of 1.6 mm thick Colled Rolled Sheet Steel of size 1.3 m X 1.2 m X 0.40 m (minimum) mounted on MS frame made out of 35 x 35 x 5 mm (minimum) MS angle suitable for mounting including its supply as follows: a) 3 nos of 200 Amps Porcelain cutout - 1 set b) Copper Busbar of size 50 x 5 mm (minimum) - 1 set c) 4 pole, 100 Amps, 25 kA breaking capacity MCCB. Make : Indoasian or its equivalent - 4 Nos. The above mentioned switchgears shall be mounted in the feeder box including its connections as required.Panel should have provision for cable entry from bottom and shall be provided with additional base frame of 350 mm (minimum) at bottom. The panel should have provision for earthing connection, painted with 1 coat of primer and 2 coats of finishing water proof paint of approved colour and also includes mounting of panel etc as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supplying of following size XLPE insulated armoured aluminium conductor UG cable of 1.1 KV grade conforming to IS 7098. Make : Havells/Polycab/RR Kabel or its equivalent.

a) 3.5 core X 35 sq.mm

b) 3.5 core X 95 sq.mm

Laying of one number XLPE insulated armoured power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size in the existing DWC HDPE as required.

a) Upto 35 sqmm

b) Above 35 sq.mm and upto 95 sq.mm

Laying of one number XLPE insulated armoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on surface as required.

Upto 35 sqmm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle)

Above 35 sq.mm and upto 95 sq.mm (clamped with 25x3mm MS flat clamp)

Supplying and laying of following size of DWC HDPE pipe, ISI marked along with all accessories like socket,tee, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 16205 (Part 24), 2018 (old IS 14930, Part 2,2001) completes with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. in the cable trench/cable duct / surface including clamping etc as required.

a) 110 mm dia (OD-110 mm & ID-95 mm nominal)

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket,tee, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 16205 (Part 24), 2018 (Old IS 14930, Part 2,2001) completes with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground (50 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. complete as required.

a) 110 mm dia (OD-110 mm & ID-95 mm nominal)

Providing and fixing of, 415 V,200 Amps, 4 pole Changeover switch with enclosure on the wall/surface including drilling holes, making connection etc. as required. Make:- Indoasian/L&T/Havells or its equivalent

Supply and fixing of 100 Amps, 25 kA, four pole MCCB breaking capacity in the sheet steel enclosure complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required,Make:- Indoasian or equivalent.

Supplying and making end termination with aluminium lugs for following size of XLPE insulated armoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade

a) 3.5 Core X 35 sq.mm

b) 3.5 Core X 95 sq.mm

Supplying and laying of 100 mm GI pipe (Heavy duty).

Cutting road/cement concrete including getting out the dismantled rubbish and disposal of surplus rubbish within a lead of 50 m and refilling with cement concrete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
