First class brick work in 1:4 cement and coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (S.I.No. 305)

12 mm thick plaster with Coarse sand and Cement (1:3) including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (As per S.I. No. 583)

Distemper one coat with oil bound distemper of approved brand manufacture and required shade on decoreted wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with cement primer of approved brand and manufacture such as of british, shalimar, asian paints after throughly brushing surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even also sand prepared smooth including cost of all materials but for every coat after the first coat.
