M&L for cleaning of blockage of sewer lines, of any type and any dia of sewer line (ie branch sewer line, main sewer line) by way of cleaning desludging foreign material as well as rodding of sewer line between successine manholes mannually / mechanically or pumping out sewage from blocked manhole including desludging where required and ordered by Engineer-in-Charge and keeping sewer line functional entering from floor trap, water closet, soil waste/ vent pipe, gully trap upto final drop/outlet into septic tank, soakage well complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of sewage system on day to day basis including blocked WCs, blocked WHB outlet , Bottle traps, Nahani traps, floor traps ,Gully traps , soil/waste pipe running on external walls of building including junctions in running/flowing condition witout disturbance and removing all types of blockages of any description in any situation manually or mechanically and disposal off of the sludge/waste materials out side Defence land by deploying 02 (TWO) safaiwala per day complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge [Note :- (i) Complaint shall be completed on same day (handed over till 1600 Hrs) (ii) If safaiwala not attended complaint within time frame mentioned above, 50% shall be deducted from job completed by him per day (iii) The contractor shall be responsible to maintain daily job completed by the safaiwala deputed by him in the subject work and obtain the signature of I/C complaint cell / Engr-in-charge daily at 1700 hours on all working days for the following areas :- Md Accn of NAPIER ROAD, CARIAPPA ENCLAVE, STAVELY ROAD, RF LINE, MI LINE, PARVATI VILLA, CROSS ROAD, LAWRENCE ROAD, OTP LINE, CH (SC), ALC, CMDC, WR STN and area under AGE B/R-II(S) Pune.]

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundations, and getting out in in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundations, and getting out in in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches exc 1.5 & not exc 3mtr in depth for foundation and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition and breaking up RCC, SWG, CPVC drain pipes set in cement mortar for the following sizes and removing debris from the site complete all as directed :-

Removing the excavated materials exceeding 50mtr but not exc 250 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of manholes of any size and of any depth by taking out semi solid/solid sludge complete and removing sludge in covered vehicle out of MOD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Scooping & taking out sludge and foreign materials from septic tank, soak wells of any description and depth including removing and refixing of accessories and appliances required for safe disposal of sludge, sullage and foreign materials either by carrying the same in covered van/trolley outside defence land and it should be disposed off at such place which is not determinated to public health.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 Section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished, and reforming benching as required, for the following internal dia of pipe :-
