Material and labour for factory made machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block, any shape and size, and confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade, fixed with grey cement and no pigments including demolition of old tiles/paver block, and removing rubbish material from building and thrown in low lying areas (as per direction of AGE/JE) at any distance upto 500 metre from the site complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for sand filling under paver block including consolidation complete all as specified.

Material and labour for granite work(any type) 20 mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars,gates, window cills, cooking platforms, counter, shelves, urinal partition and like in cement mortar )1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, over and including 15mm thick screed bed /plaster in cement mortar 1:4 and moulding/rounding on edges by grinding including demolition of old stones of any type complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for machine cut kota stone slab flooring18-22 mm thick, size 550mmx550mm, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 etc set and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing including demolition of old stones of any typeetc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 18-22 mm thick as in skirting, laid over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 set and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing including demolition of old stones of any type etc complete all as specified.

Material and labour for providing precast cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in louvers and jallies, 25mm thick (measured solid) including all mouldings but excluding frame set in cement mortar 1:4 including taking down old jallies complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete (1:1.5:3) (nominal mix) (using 20mm graded aggregate) type A-1 as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves, chajjas, parapet and the like including demolition of cement concrete reinforced complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bar 8 to 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns , hooking ends and binding with and including mild seel wire ( anneled ) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specifed and directed.
