Clearing of water way and construction of river training wall with associated structures in Bahada Nalla near Haripur

Desilting by dredging from river/ nallah for depths varying from 1.00 m to 3.00 m including fixing of pipe lines, floaters and floating pipelines and disposing of water slurry consisting of silt, clay and sand etc upto a distance of 1500m. The rate shall include the cost of above materials, consumables, POL, spare parts and accessories required to keep anchor in running condition, maintenance of dredgers T&P etc. including building in be clouding by providing geo tubes and accessories or by lin sheets for formation of and for dumping of dredged material with all lead and lift including all taxes & excluding GST etc. as per the direction of the Engineering-in-charge. The job includes all pre and post dredging surveys for payment purpose. (The area of disposal of dredged materials should be arranged by the agency at his own cost, own risk and responsibility, Govt. land is taken into first priority). a) Confluence of river and sea at Markandi

Formation of filter layer of the River training walls & Groynes with H.G. quarry stones of various grade with weight of 1 kg to 50 kg having specific gravity not less than 2.65 loaded & transported from the approved quarry and/or from the stacking area to the groynes/ River training wall Location and Unloading or Dumping at Onshore or Offshore as per the design and Drawing. The rock quality requirements & Rock grading classes shall be in accordance with CIRIA C683 (2007) and IS 13030 – 1991. (The Rock used in the filter layer shall not contain more than 50% by weight of stone with a length to thickness (L/d) ratio greater than 2. Not more than 5% of the rocks shall have a length to thickness (L/d) ratio greater than 3, where the length, L, is defined as the greatest distance between two points on the stone and the thickness, d, as the minimum distance between two enclosing parallel planes through which the stone can just pass.) The specified grades of stones shall be placed to lines and levels as indicated on the approved Construction Drawings with a provision of necessary allowance for the settlement of the groynes due to consolidation effects, including cost of all materials, conveyance, royalty, loading and unloading using crane and floating equipments like boats, barges etc. of adequate capacity, cess, T&P, taxes, but excluding GST, including cost of all materials construction & maintenance of hauling road. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Payment will be made on volume basis by Weighing in the Electronic Weigh Bridge to be installed by the agency in his own cost and converting the weight into volume by taking specific gravity of the Quarry rock into consideration. The work should conform to the theoretical profile of the River training walls & Groynes as per design & drawing)

Formation of Armour layer and toe layer of the River training walls & Groynes with H.G. querry stones of various grade with weight of 1 MT to 3MT having specific gravity not less than 2.65 loaded & transpoted from the approved quarry and/or from the stacking area to the groynes/ River training wall Location and Unloading or Dumping at Onshore or Offshore as per the design and Drawing.The rock with weight over 1 MT shall not be mass dumped, but placed individually or alternatively by use of skip or cactus grab. The armour layers shall follow as close as possible to the placement of under layer to avoid the damage to the under layer material. The armour units shall be placed in such a manner that the required degree of inter locking, the required packing density and the required void ratio shall be achieved. Casting Tetrapods of 6MT weight / each with CC of M40 grade with crusher broken hard granite coarse aggregate of size 20mm and downgraded of approved quality from approved quarry in the mild steel mould , Curing the Tetrapods, transporting to the work site by transporting vehicles , placing in the river training walls and Groynes at -3 to -5 Contour (Offshore) at its coordinate and Position including hire charges of cranes, overhead charges, labour ,amenities ,lab testing and tidal effect charges including all lead & lift charges, royalty charges, loading & unloading charges, placing in position in layers using cranes, floating equipments, divers, tool & plants and other machineries excluding GST etc complete as per drawing & technical specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge .(Each Tetrapod constitutes 2.49 cum of volume and 11.9 sqm surface area. TheTetrapods specifications shall be in accordance with the Shore Protection Manual, Volume-II(1984). (Mode of Measurements for payment shall be in Numbers after Laying of each Tetrapod).

Providing and laying Reinforced Cement Concrete M-40 grade with crusher broken hard granite coarse aggregate of size 20mm and downgraded of approved quality from approved quarry excluding steel reinforcement, including mixing, laying, consolidating, curing, labours, materials, transportation cost, hire and running charges of all machineries such as cranes, lorries , royalty and cess etc.,excluding GST, complete as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge

Providing formwork for concrete with F1 finish for upstream faces of dam, spillway, glacis of barrages, unexposed surfaces of foundation, block joints etc. with steel shutters rigidly fixed and removal of forms and making good to the surfaces where necessary complete with all labour, materials and T & P excluding GST, complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Supplying, straightening, cutting, bending & binding and tying the grills of HYSD bars of approved quality and placing in position including cost, conveyance of HYSD bars and binding wire 18 to 20 gauge, loading, unloading, cess, T&P, taxes excluding GST etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
