Taking down Chowkats or frames not exc. 1.5 sq. m each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) including Iron mongery complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down choukhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) area exc.1.5 but n. exc. 4, Sqm each including Iron mongery complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in Cement Mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement mortar plaster/terrazo of any description on wall including racking out joints,hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces in two layers 10mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6 second coat 5mm thick in cement plaster in Cement Mortar 1:4 and finished fair and even without using extra cement incl mixing of water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. Note- Supply of water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coat of Interior Silk Luxury emulsion paint over two coat of white cement putty on new wall surface of approved make including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for preparation of old decorated ceiling surfaces by brooming down,steel wire brushing, scraping down moulds,efflorescent salts and trading oil greasy spots and applying one coat of white wash on ceiling surfaces of approved make complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surface and removing all existing treatment and applying two coat of Interior Silk Luxury emulsion paint over one coat of white cement putty of approvd make complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for preparation of new plastered wall surfaces by washing, rubbing down and stopping holes etc and applying two coat of weather proof acrylic emulsion paint, exterior grade (100% acrylic) of approved shade over a coat of primer of approved make complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for preparation of old plastered wall surfaces by washing, rubbing down and stopping holes etc and applying one coat of weather proof acrylic emulsion paint, exterior grade (100% acrylic) of approved shade & approved make complete all as specified and directed.

Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm single side prelam PVC Sheet used instead of Plain colour PVC sheet & edges will be painted to match with prelam sheet reinforced with M.S Square tube, supplying & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed.

Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails, M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC `C' channel heaving a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width suck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of both side Prelam PVC sheet used instead of Plain colour PVC sheet. M&L for double charged Vetrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (Square/rectangular) polished area of each tile exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm in Skirtting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cemeent to match including rendaring 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces for skirting /dado in Cement Mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Circular cutting or notching and wast on glazed tiles complete all as specified and directed.

S& F for Openable Glass Door Dorma Premium 12mm (Door shutter size 2.1mX1.00m) thick tinted dark gray colour toughened glass doors with all necessry fittings such as handle stain less steel size 450 mm length dia 38 mm 02 nos each shutter, top pivert, top patch, floor spring (make- Godrej) , bottom patch, with Locking system etc, complete all as specified and directed.

SCH 'A' PART-II (E/M PORTION) Taking down carefully copper / aluminium point wiring for light, fan, socket or power point complete with fittings such as switches , fan regulators, bracket light fittings and ceiling roses, holders and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for point wiring with 1.5 sqmm (Nominal area ) PVC insulated Unsheathed cable FR grade with copper conductor , single core , multi stranded 1100 volts , ISI marked (IS 694) ( For Phase , neutral and earth continuity ) drawn in concealed conduit including provision of 20 mm dia PVC rigid conduit ISI marked ,IS 9537 Part III) heavy grade with conduit accessories including concealed steel terminal boxes fabricated out of 2 mm thick MS sheet fitted with 3mm thick Masonite or approved laminated sheet top cover for fixing switches , electronic fan regulators and connecting the earth wire to common earth dolly for point controlled by one switch complete all as specified and directed. Note:- All the disturbed surfaces of wall / ceiling shall be made good to match the existing wall / ceiling finishes with appropriate plaster and distemper paint as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for sub main wiring with two run of 4.0 Sq. mm PVC un-sheathed, copper conductor cable, 1100 Volt, and one run of copper earth wire 2.5 Sq mm drawn through PVC conduit and all accessories, including taking down unserviceable sub main wiring of any type, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Copper conductor 2 run and one run of copper earth wire shall be measured as one length.

Taking Wall mounted/celing fan/Exaust fan from its original Position and take Safe cousdey in MES store and fixing Same postion wiring complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting all electrical connection and remove the Split AC including copper pipes of Split AC from uniform position and shifted the same to near location and reconnection the A/c after making suitable hole with drill machine and connection to electrical lines including closing the hole with brick masonry and matching with existing colour of wall complete all as specified and directed.
