Supplying, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of auto start,auto syncronisation Silent Diesel Generating Set having prime power rating of 750 KVA at 0.8 pf at NTP conditions (Alternator directly coupled with Diesel Engine) suitable for automatic operation on mains failure complete in all respect and comprising of following and as per specification enclosed, suitable for indoor installation.

(A). Alternator : Self excited, self regulated, brush less type 415 Volt 3 phase 50 Hz synchronous generator delivering 750 KVA at 0.8 PF (lag) at NTP condition Conforming to IS/ IEC 60034- 1, screen protected self regulated + 1% regulation, IP 23 protection with insulation Class-H, AC alternator complete with, 1250 Amp EDO ACB including Aluminium cable interconnection between Alternator and ACB, interconnection with Cable tray of appropriate size requried(ACB to be installed near the generator set) and outgoing terminals taken out for connecting to bus trunking along with all accessories. (B). Engine : Four(4) stroke, Multi-cylinder Turbo charged Radiator Cooled Diesel Engine of suitabe BHP (to give prescribed output excluding power consumption for running Auxiliary Accessories) operating at 1500 rpm, daily fuel tank of 990 ltr capacity duly calibrated including medium class MS piping for fuel piping from day tank to Engine and back, residential type silencer, SS flexible below for exhaust pipe and 24 V DC starting arrangement with 2 Nos 12 V battery having Ampere- Hr rating as prescribed by the manufacturer of Engine along with battery charger, as required (Make:Perkins/ Cummins/ CAT/ Volvo/ Mitubishi)

(C). Base Plate : Common base plate of required size for mounting of engine alternator set fabricated from MS channel and vibration damping arrangement with cushy foot mounting i/c painting as per standard practice of manufacturer etc. required.

(D). Acoustic Enclosur: The acoustic enclosure is made of 14/16 gauge CRCA sheet. The salient features of acoustic enclosure are:- The enclosure is of modular construction with the provision to assemble and dismantle easily at site finished with powder coat painting of approved colour.

a) The Sheet metal components are Nine Tank pre treated before powder coating.

b) The door are gasketed with high quality EPDM gaskets to prevent leakage of sound as well as door handles are lockable type.

c) Specially designed attenuators to control sound at air entry and exit points.

d) Adequate ventilation to meet total air requirements.

e) Temprature of enclosure should not exceed beyond 5-7°C of ambient temperature.

f) There is a provision of emegency shut down from outside the enclouser.

g) Noise level; <75 DB (A) at 1 mtr Distance.

h) Microprocesser based DG set Monitoring,metering and control system with protection for Diesel Engine / Alternator and Automatic operation of DG set in case of mains failure with provision of syncronisation of two DGs in auto mode as required.

i) Providing and installation of exhaust pipe upto the roof level (height 12 mtr approx) along with MS Supports & all arrangments as required.

Supply of Hand pump to pump the HSD fuel from barrels to the day tank with flexible hose pipes etc.

SUB HEAD - II (Earthing and Other Accessories)

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and water pipe of 2.7 meter long etc. With charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25mm X 5 mm copper strip in 40 mm dia GI pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and refilling as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connection etc as required.

SUB HEAD - III (Metering for DG Set)

Supplying, installation, testing & Commissioning of LTTV 3ph 4wire 3x240V,-/5A,0.5S Class DLMS-A or C complied static meter with SMC Box with 1500/5A LTCT arrangement having RS Port for BMS Compatibilty as per instruction of EIC.(fixing on wall or on structure/channel arrangement suitable as per site conditioin)
